Good morning all
Hope everyone has had a good weekend...
hugs to those in need and :j for any losses...
Been busy decorating this weekend... so yesterday was technically on plan -or as near as d*mn it -but didn't get around to eating half what I should...
twas a red day that looked like this:-
750ml semi (3 hexA) -well ya need lots of cuppas when decorating
2 boiled eggs
1 apple
2 boiled eggs
grapes
WW chicken hotpot (4 syns)
hmmmm -that looks worse than it felt-thing is I was soooo busy and boiled eggs keep me full so well that I was fine (but naughty that I missed both hexBs. I am still going to polish my halo as hubby decided to go to the chippy for his tea (bless him he does always makes sure its ok with me first
) -and I knew I wasn't going to be bothered by them. Anyway in the end the chippy was shut so he went to the Chinese and had pancake rolls and chips -and it made it even easier for me to resist as I don't like chinese chips :T
Today is going to be another red day....not that I have got off to a much better start
2 apples -so far:o
the rest should look something like this:-
WW shepherds pie (4)
500ml semi (hexAx2)
2 boiled eggs
lettuce
cucumber
tomato
celery
onion
peppers
reetboot
so that still leaves me my hexBs, 1hexA and 11 syns to play with..
just a quick one from me, sorry I haven't got time to address everyone individually -but I can hear the little fella "bellowing" for me :rotfl: -right off I go again... hope everyone has a good day.....-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
Hi everyone,
Just a quick one as busy at work.
+ 1lb for me this week please 2b - happy with that as I needed to put a bit on.
Have a great day all - will try to pop on again later & catch up properly0 -
Morning all - hope you all had a good weekend.
(For my marathon training I did a 10 mile run on Saturday...it was brutal - the weather was extreme...heavy rain, loads of wind and then some hailstones to finish me off - I did it but it was hard...12 next Saturday...!!)
On plan for the weekend but I did break my no alcohol fast and had a couple of glasses of white wine last night...really didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would and I feel kak today!! - I'll have to rethink it...maybe I'm cured!!
Food today is breakfast and lunch same as usual...and probably some kind of pasta for tea...
Question...so you lose easier if you have the same things or if you mix stuff up...I'm kinda stuck in a rut for breakfast and lunch...I'm wondering if I'd lose quicker if I had different stuff??
Whatcha think??0 -

In my opinion you lose quicker if you mix it up. If you stick to the same stuff over and over your metabolism gets used to it and becomes sluggish. If you give it different things to deal with it speeds up and increases your weight loss.
The weeks I've had my biggest weight losses were when I've changed everything around, had different HEB's every day, even as far as having different fruit and vegetables to 'normal' and trying out new recipes.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
Best win so far - holiday to Florida0 -
I am still around and reading... Catt, that is terrible shocking news to get and hope it will all get sorted for you.
Well done on the losses. I have been listening to Paul McKenna's cd's etc, can't say it has done wonders for me yet or anything, lol.
I still have SW in the back of my head and with a high bloodpressure reading at the practise nurse this morning, I need to get this weight off sooner rather than later. I do like the SW way of eating and having the different plans to choose from adds some variety etc.
I can't wait till WI on Wednesday.0 -
Morning all, hope you all had a good weekend. Sorry to hear about everyone's health issues and problems, I hope they resolve themselves soon
We stayed close to home so no temptations there, might be different in 2 weeks when we are away for the weekend!
I tend to change from fruit and yoghurt for breakfast to something cooked at the weekend as hubby is around and we like a leisurely breakfast to ease into the day. There were a few raised eyebrows when I plonked down a full English in front of him, had to reassure him that I was allowed to have it!
Had planned to make a shepherds pie for tea yesterday, but extended visit to daughter and grandchildren (where I refused cake! :A ) meant we didn't get in til late. Thank heavens for thrifty habits - from the depths of the freezer I managed to locate a pizza for hubby and a portion of chicken cacciatore made with Quorn for me.
WI today 4 1/4 lb loss!! Well chuffed with that. Only 2lb to go and I will no longer be in the 14's :j
Have a good week0 -

Hi All :wave;
I have not had a chance to get back on, my days are just running away with me just now. Last Monday evening was WI, 2lb lost, not looking forward to tonights as I feel bloated.
I am hoping for a 2lb loss so I get 1/2 stone sticker but I am not very hopeful even though I have stayed on plan again:(.
I have tried to mix things up a bit this week as I am very much a creature of habit & tend to have berries & Nat yoghurt for breakfast every day then salad with something & fruit for lunch but I do enjoy cooking different meals at night! 9 times out of 10 HEA's & HEB's are the same but again I have changed them about a wee bit.
I dont like to eat a lot before my Monday night WI so EE today:-
B - Blueberries, Melon, Strawberries FF Nat Yoghurt
L - Dyno Rod Soup, Blueberries, Strawberries
D - Not decided yet, perhaps the Birds eye salmon, potatoes & mixed veg
Snacks so far - yellow plum, kiwi
Drinks - 1.5 litres water, 1 green tea & half cup coffee (spilled the other half) :rotfl:
I made a south Indian Garlic Chicken Curry at weekend, its a keeper
Chilli Beef Stir Fry & Noodles was very easy & also a keeper
Sorry I have not a chance to catch up, hope you are all doing well.:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T
