    Hello all, you lovely lot!

Firstly great big hugs to those struggling this week, seems like there are a few of us under the weather, feeling rubbish or having a rough time. I hope things get better for you all quickly.

I've been slightly off plan for the last few days having birthday celebrations, my entire family minus my eldest daughter all have birthdays in January, February or March so there is always a fair bit of celebrating to do. But as off tomorrow I'm drawing that line and will be right back on it.

I went to the harvester last night and was very good, I love their free salad and really filled up here, I then had jacket potato with 1/2 chicken (skin removed) but did spoil myself for having one of their gorgeous ice-cream sundaes. I don't know the syns and don't really care it's not like I have one every day!

So will weigh in tomorrow and take the gain and have a 100% week on plan. I have my Grandma's 92nd birthday party on Saturday but I plan to eat before I go and avoid the buffet.

Well done to all the losers again this week, this is such a lovely thread, there are so many lovely supportive people on here. Being at work full time I do find it hard to reply to individual posts (and I do feel bad sometimes) but I hand on heart read them all, and will always offer advice when I can!

Good luck to those weighing in tomorrow, and thank you again 2b for doing the chart.

    Evening all.

Sending good thoughts to those struggling/having a tough time.

    Review of Wednesday's plan

Breakfast - hexb weetabix, hexa milk, satsuma- turned into cherries and strawberries :)
Lunch - light egg mayo & cress sandwich (7syns), banana (I have a hospital appointment at lunchtime, so it needs to be portable or I'll eat in hospital snack bar!
Dinner - diet cola chicken (recipe from SW mag) absolutely delicious, jacket potato, and coleslaw/salad turned into green beans because I forgot to buy cabbage when I was spending a fortune on fruit and veg!, Hartley's 10 cal jelly with grapes
Snacks to be decided. - went a bit overboard - SF caramel treat 4.5 syns, another banana, 2 WW cranberry & orange biscuits 4 syns
    Total for today 16 syns.

Hospital was good - don't need to go back until next year Woo Hoo.

I got a reply re Lifeline Online - it seems that's the same as Syns Online - but they haven't said anything about the discrepancy between those values and the ones in the PDF. I've asked again. Meanwhile, I'm just mostly going with the printed sheet. I'm sure someone will sort me out if I'm undervaluing something. As we say in Scotland, "Mony a mickle maks a muckle." ;)

Anyway, here's Thursday's syn free plan.

Breakfast - ML raspberry & cranberry yogurt with banana, grilled kippers & hexb toast
Lunch - Ham & Veg omelette, salad (got to use it up before it rots, lol)
Dinner - Macaroni & Broccoli Cheese (SW recipe), grapes
Snacks to be decided, but will probably include crackers (definitely 2 syns each)

    Hi all
Rubbish rubbish day :( got a copy of the letter to my GP from the orthopaedic consultant today in which he basically says I'm fat and lazy and couldn't do what he was asking me because of my weight!! I was furious and had a little cry because I've worked so hard to lose 4.5 stone and he's talking about me in the same terms as I was when I was nearly 20 stone!!! He didn't seem to grasp that I struggled because I was in pain and that I'm not morbidly obese anymore!! :( I'm going back to the doctor to ask for a second opinion as he also put that I can get in and out of the shower without assistance (I can't, I clearly told him OH has to lift me in and out) and that I can do all household tasks without assistance (again I told him clearly OH has to do it all) I don't want to go back to that horrible man again! Mind it was the same hospital that told me there was nothing wrong and wanted to forcibly fit a Mirena coil when I actually had cancer...
Also been on the phone to my mate most of the day as were having trouble with one of the lads at the rugby acting like an utter twonk
After all this I've still managed to be quite good- god knows how!
B: 1 Alpen Light Cherry Bakewell bar, 1 HiFi Rocky Road bar,(HEXB) cup of tea with HEXA milk
L: Beans, tuna, scrambled eggs, Uncle Bens Golden Veg micro rice (2.5 syns) pint of NAS cordial
T: Tesco Healthy living Moroccan Chicken with veg couscous (5 syns) raspberry Mullerlight, 2 bite size kinder chocs (3.5) pint of NAS cordial
S: big plate of steamed mixed veg, ham, Worcester sauce, banana, 2 laughing cow light blue cheese triangles (HEXA) pint of NAS cordial
Hopefully tomorrow is a better day- it's payday at midnight so hopefully it will all be ok...
    Night all xx

Thanks for shared support re targets etc! xx

Sorry about your cr&%%y day MrsRyan. Remember, what goes around comes around and that nasty Doctor will one day have his comeuppance!

Good day again today. Off to London tomorrow to the new theatre at the Globe. Quite exciting! Hope I can stick at it, but I managed it last time we were down for a concert so no reason why I shouldn't.

Been really busy at work, and it's amazing how quickly we run out of blinkin' food. I still feel as if I go shopping every 5 minutes.

I haven't tried the Paul McKenna thing, but I am trying to consciously think like a slim person by visualising myself as a thin, fit professional woman . . . . (I sound like Miranda). In reality of course I'm a bit of a clumsy, overweight gigglebox.

    Night night all xx
