I did go with green day, however, I also went off plan and I think in actual fact I am going to have WI day as a 'carefully planned' evening off. It is the only weekday that we aren't running around to kids clubs so is a nice night to choose something yummy for us all and have a treat.

    I think?

Yes that would be a nice treat for you, as you say it will be carefully planned so you would still be eating mindfully which in itself is damage limitation.

    Enjoy your evening x

This will be a short post -first off congrats to all the losers. hugs for gainers and those that been having a run of bad luck (hospital vistors etc )..anyway i have had a horrible horrible day. :(

I am hormonal and am cross at everyone but also want to cry buckets .have had a rubbish day foodwise ( think bacon butty, chunky kitkats, uber calorific hot chocolate ) and to top it off work have not paid correctly ( i think i am £700 down) which i am very upset about even though it will probably be resolved fairly quickly.

Oh its horrid isn't when you're having a rubbish day.

Are you able to have a nice indulgent bath and then go to bed?
I do this when I can't shake off feeling horrid. It always feels so much better in the morning.
    take care xx

  • Evening lovelies :hello:

rainbowfairydust Blimey, what a horrid day. Bacon butty, kitkat and hot choccy perfectly justified in my opinion. Sending hugs, tomorrow is another day :)

redmel I have my wi evening as an evening 'off' too. I don't go mad but I have whatever I fancy and don't worry too much about the 1/3rd super free rule.

Mrslady I'm aiming for 4 stone off too, for a big birthday in September, doable if I can average about 2lb per week So far so good:D:D. I also set myself little goals and then reward myself when I get there.

Went out for lunch from work today as was somebody's birthday (we always do this, thank fully we're only a small workforce so doesn't stretch the bank account or the waistline too much :rotfl:)
Birthday girl gets to choose where we eat. Anyway, the only remotely palatable veggie choices today were - baked pot with houmus, roasted red pepper and sweet onion or nut roast. I plumped for the baked potato which was delicious but I feel sure it was positively swimming in syns, the pepper and onion were quite oily, but in a good way if you know what I mean. Have decided not to obsess about it but just to count that as todays syns and move on :)

    So today looked like this

B: Muesli (hexb) with milk (hexa) Apple, pear

    L: Baked pot

D: SW quiche with 3 eggs, cottage cheese and stuffed full (at least 1/3rd if not half) with courgette, onion, mushrooms and tomato. Mullerlight, frozen raspberries

I've got a hexa and b going begging still so If hungry before bed I'll have finn crisp with light philly

Weigh in tomorrow after work so fingers crossed for a decent loss. :)

    xx

Rainbow I'm not very big (heightwise, though I make up for it in width!) but would you like me to come over and kick somone in the shins for you? Sounds more than horrible, more like $h!t day to me. I think at times like that, all syns are cancelled out and become free. Just think of the energy you're burning off with being upset. Hope you get things sorted soon.

In other big news, I had a quorn sausage with my dinner tonight, on top of the bacon HeB, egg, beans and sw chips. Was so luvverly, and OH offered to swap his breaded chicken burger thingamy with me, because it looked nicer than his dinner.

I've got a banging headache again tonight - think it's maybe my sinuses with this cold, so having a highlights hot choc now. Can't bring myself to have the shortbread biccie I'd promised to have... not hungry, so it feels plain wrong!

Sorry you've had such a bad day. I hope tomorrow is a better one for you, but I agree with the idea of a bath and pamper tonight before bed Xx
I got my first "I haven't seen you in a while...you look great...have you lost loads of weight" :D

Awesome isn't it?! I also had comments along those lines from a Mum on the school run. She normally sees me wrapped up on the school run but we did coffee today and she mentioned how much weight I'd lost when I took my coat off :T Xx
