I'd call that an extra easy day I think, if only because all the syn values are the lowest of the 3 plans0 -

Batchelors super noodles (regular, not the low fat ones) are 10 syns per 100g pack made up.
Sainsburys basics are 3-6 syns per 65g pack depending on flavour, so as these packs are smaller than the batchelors ones it probably equates to about 8-10syns per 100g.
If you post the nutritional info, I'll do a syns calculation on the website for you if this helps?
It's not something I eat, but manchild enjoys them as a snack sometimes. I wonder if you could use dried noodles (sainsbobs are free on g and ee) and cook them in a knoor stock pot with a bit of curry powder added. Would this work?
Off to pilates now folks, will post menu later this evening:)
xx
That would be wonderful, thank you!

If I'm looking at the 13 syns I predict, it's food bank or harvest festival for these...0 -

Sorry topgirl, I'm sure someone will answer your question about the noodles soon. I'm having problems with synsonline. Excuse nosiness but I read you are a 2 person household and you sometimes mention TopBoy: do you cook SW for both of you? My DH is getting conscious that he hasn't shifted his Christmas weight as quickly as he'd like. He eats all SW main meals with me but he has synful snacks (biscuits, cakes etc.) so I'm hoping he'll join me properly soon.
TopBoy is my wonderful, almost 9 year old sonWe've been a family of two for around 4 years now.
We never ate the same things generally as he is always starving after school and I'm rarely hungry before 7 for tea.
However, he has become a big fan of cowboy pie, minced beef hash and spaghetti bolognese, all SW friendly and easy enough to make and reheat.
I tend to stick to buying him lunchbox treats and dessert treats that I don't like as I find that far easier!0 -

Assuming these values are per 100grams it works out at 6.5 syns per 100 grams. HTH0 -

That's per serving + 360mls as water so will take that as cooked?
I might keep them after all then, not too bad for a slovenly synful snack0
