Sorry to hear about trips to hospitals and bad news - hugs all round.

Just to add Mildredd - I had gaulstones and had gallbladder removed a year last September. The pain from gaulstones is like no other, it's really awful as it's impossible to get comfortable in any position. Anyway - I've had mine out and absolutely no trouble since, such a relief.

Still plodding away at it all - really feel a bit smug and boring.

Quick question though - I've discovered Skinny Steak and salad on the Wetherspoons menu. It's literally just a steak and a bowl of salad. I'm assuming it's free as there's no fat on the steak, and no dressing on the salad. Does anyone know any different please? Even with a few sins for a sachet of mayo it seems a good option?

Sorry to hear about your gallstones Mildredd. And Mrs R - ouchie, hope you are doing OK and not in too much pain right now. And was it Skint Catt with bad news - I'm really sorry to hear about that too. Would it help to talk about it - rather than it eat it (doesn't need to be here), but I always go by the motto , A problem shared is a problem halved and it does make me del better.

DD took 2 of her first steps yesterday - amazing moment! She's been really sick and I'm not so sure it was teeth now, can't believe she saved her first steps for when she was so ill! Took her to the doctors today as I thought she may have an ear infection. She had kept me up until about 2am crying, and finally after some ibuprofen wen back to sleep until about 6:30am. Saw doctor and baby could not have been perkier, doctor looked at me like a neurotic mother!!

Took DS (6) to McD's today as a 'treat' (Top Cat, reading your post made me LOL today!!) ... anyway Im not sure how I feel about McD now, I am on a new healthier path) - anyway anyway (gosh!), totally managed to resist and not have anything, despite being hungry. I swear my hypnotherapy has helped with that. I did lick a chip though ;)

    Hi folks!
I'm risking all here by posting this so early (for me)!

    Review of Monday's Plan

Lunch - Batchelor's broccoli & cheese pasta 'n' sauce, beetroot, tomatoes, fruit salad
Dinner - bacon & vegetable (sprouts, green beans, peppers) frittata (2 syns), salad, ML lemon cheescake yogurt
Snacks - Alpen light bar (3 syns), 2 cream crackers (3 syns) with hexa 1 dairylea light triangle and tomatoes

    Total - 8 syns

weigh in tomorrow - hope Sunday didn't mess things up too much

Tuesday's plan - family not coming tonight

Breakfast - fruit salad, ff Greek yogurt
Lunch - hexa cheese omelette, salad (cucumber, spring onion, tomato, beetroot), fruit
Dinner - roast meat (whatever leftovers I find in the freezer!), gravy, baby potatoes, carrots & sprouts, syn free rice pudding and fruit

Can anyone tell me how much cream soda and how much rice I use for the pudding? I take it there are no other ingredients?

Mrslady and Nessie - I have no idea of a trigger? I ate normally yesterday and it happened x had the same over Xmas n new year one night but it eased within 30mons of taking painkillers so last nights was a shock. Was like child birth all over :/ which is how the dr described the pain level apparently gall stones n kidney stones are closest pain to labour due to the contracting nature of the gallbladder/ kidney expelling the stone

Mrslady I don't think its free? I think the chicken salad is like 3-5 because of oil on the meat ill look tomorrow though for definite xxx

Phew! That took some catching up! Hope everyone who's had hospital visits is feeling better soon.

Suffering the consequences of feeding DH spicy bean and tomato soup I made yesterday - think it might give the superfart soup I've been reading about a run for it's money. Strange that it hasn't affected me in the same way!!

Tried SW BBQ pulled pork for dinner tonight. Not a fan of BBQ flavour normally but enjoyed it.

WI this morning with a loss of 1.5lb :j

Oh I knew my trigger!! Definitely stuff high in fat so my own bleedin' fault sometimes!! The worst thing was cream. I've had 3 children, and at least you get something lovely at the end, but gallbladder pain . . . . I really sympathise.

I haven't had the full quota of 15 Syns today, so even if it's a few for oil it was really good, and not a bad choice.

I've had a few bits of choc orange with hubby as we were discussing things tonight. Glad he wasn't away tonight (tomorrow instead :( ) maybe saved myself for WI. I won't be surprised if I bury myself in food tomorrow night though - something's got to give :(

My WI starts at 9.30 & class starts at 10.15. I used to have brekkie afterwards, but now I have to rush off to work, so have to eat something in the class (when I stay)

Gosh, you lot can blether a fair bit, I missed catching up over the weekend and I have spent the time catching up (I read every post and click thanks as its the only way I can keep track of where I am)

Hope everyone who is in any sort of pain (mentally or physically) takes it easy and looks after themselves, I know, easier said than done at times.

Eating healthy..... I think my brain went into self destruct mode this last week, I haven't stuck to plan at all and dread standing on the scales so my plan is being really really good this week and then weighing in as normal on Monday! :-)

    Today's menu:
    B: cereal and milk
L: veg soup with homemade salsa and a ryvita or 2
T: SW wedges, extra lean mince with LOADSA veg

Snacks: muller light, mini peppers, grapes and a couple of apples if I get extra munchy.

    Have a good day everyone!

    Sugar xxx
