I had a very crap day, ended up eating 25 syns instead of 15most the other days I have only been like 5 syns so hoping it will be ok for weigh in on weds, I really want to loose something!
Does anyone else have a morning class? Most the weigh ins seem to be in the evening, but mine is 9.30am!
I always have breakfast after
My group opens at 9am (officially 9.15) so I also eat brekkie afterwards. So I've stuck to this so far, can I ask a couple of questions please?
I stuck HEXA reduced fat cheese on my bolognese, how many syns are in Asda 1% milk per 100ml please? I have used 200 already and have 100 left for a chocolate tonight.
In my breakfast, my plate was half superfree, probably more as I just trimmed 3 normal rashers of bacon and poached one egg, and had with two plum tomatoes in their juice and 3 frylighted (frylit?) chopped mushrooms.
For dinner, at least 70% was SF - lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, sliced peppers, gherkins, pickled onioms, spring onions and beetroot. I had half a tin of tuna, a handful of pasta shapes and one syn of extra light mayonnaise on top of this. I followed this up with 1/4 of a pineapple, a kiwi and an apple mixed in a pot.
For tea, my bolognese sauce was a SW recipe; 1/4 of 500g extra lean beef mince, 4 trimmed rashers of smoked bacon, garlic, 1 onion, 1 carton passata, 1 tin chopped tomatoes, 3 celery sticks, 1 carrot, 250g mushrooms and 4 tbsp of tomato puree. To me, this is at least 50/50 superfree. I had my HEXA cheese on it and about 100g spaghetti.
As I have overdone SF foods all day, as I tend to, do I need any more or can I have my supper of an options hot chocolate and either an Alpen Light or Ryvita Minis guilt free?
I would say you can eat your supper guilt free2b, 4lb off for me today
very very happy with this, I have worked really hard for it and feel proud :-) aiming for at least 2 next week so I can get under 12 stone x
Well done
I am not still not hungry from my lunch, and afternoon snack, so I have fed the rest of the family and I will just do myself something later, if I feel like it then?Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

Gosh sorry to hear about Mrs Ryans and mildredds - hope you are better soon.
I have been off plan since my STS last weds, however, I have read all the booklets carefully now and have a better understanding of how to switch to different plans. I do feel that EE is still the best plan for me and I accept I may be a slow loser. Anyway back to it today. WI on Wednesday morning - this week I am hoping for a STS as I've been really naughty. I have eaten loads of bread, choc and alcohol was flowing at weekend. I feel really tired and miserable and I'm sure its because my body doesnt like unhealthy eating anymore.
Good luck to all this week and well done on some fab loses.

Evening all
It must be the week for trips to the hospital. I had to go for a stress test and MRI today (planned) following the 'funny turn' I had before Christmas.
(When you start talking about funny turns you really are turning into your mother aren't you?:rotfl:)
The MRI was fine, quite relaxing actually, but the stress test? O.M.G. I'd rather give birth!! It was truly horrid and I really hope I don't have to go through that again:o
I think they're just ruling out that it's my heart, so fingers crossed it'll come back all clear
Anyhoo, today looked like this
B Cheese sandwich without spread Hexa & Hexb. (Had to have a fatty snack before the scan, and this was a sw as I could make it)
L 2 slices toast hexb with light philly hexa topped with sauteed onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes
D baked sweet potato with cottage cheese and salad.
milk for teas 2syns 13 syns left. so prob the usual wetabix before bed:D
I've got some kale chips in the dehydrator at the moment, 1st time I've made them so hope they turn out o.k. I'm banking on them being a lovely free snack if they do.:D0 -
WORRY~Try to not worry too much.
crafty~~ I found the MRI very uncomfortable.I usually wriggle about a lot & of course was not able too & when it was finally finished I couldent move :rotfl:
