Thanks.
On the SW website if you click on search for keywords and then type Krispy Kreme it does come up with 2 pages of different doughnuts.
Or if you let me know which doughnut you want and I can look for you. The lowest doughnut is 11 syns for original glazed doughnut to 19.5 syns for a millionaires shortbread doughnut.
Hope this helps

Hi all, sorry been missing in action - I can't keep up with this thread now I'm back at work
Not really been on plan this week - 2 weeks ago I lost 2.5lbs & last week I maintained after a weekend at the out-laws. Just hope I don't gain this week
I'm just planning my menu/shopping list/batch cooking for the next few weeks - going to make some soup & bolognese/chilli so that I can grab & go as I'm back living on sandwiches & crap as I don't usually have time for breakfast or lunch

That's not a bad gain considering a holiday, Christmas and NY. You can easily get that sorted, and keep moving in the right direction.
Another vote here for writing it all down. I use the online food diary, as well as putting up a daily post here of what I've had. I like the online diary, because it just adds up all the syns as I go along.Today's menu:
B: Fruit and yogurt
L: Carrot and coriander soup, krisprolls (hexb) and cheese (hexa)Rice and veg stuffed peppers in a tomato sauce served with roast tattie's and veg
Snacks: none so far, might have a soya dessert with fruit after dinner
Can anyone recommend scales? Yesterday I went on mine five times in a row, and got three different weights, with 1lb difference between lightest and heaviest.
I got a good set, that also look quite nice in glass (toughened for my heifer weight) in a sale in John Lewis a few years back. Still going strong, and take AA batteries, which means I can easily use my rechargeable ones, and have no excuse for not being able to weigh myself. Should be plenty of deals around if you look, and Amazon would be an ideal place to look for specs of different brands, and you can read reviews. Then see how prices compare in dept. stores, and supermarkets online. (Don't forget Quidco for some cashback if possible).:money:Skint_Catt wrote: »Hi all, sorry been missing in action - I can't keep up with this thread now I'm back at work

Get it all back on track now, and planning ahead is how I find it's best to stay on track. All this talk of soup has got me thinking I need to make some dynorod soup myself this week. *toot-toot!*
I'm aware that I've not really eaten a great deal this weekend. I'm a tad under the weather due to * making a bang on time appearance. It's drained me a bit, so feeling tired, and achy. Had a nice evening out last night though, and despite sitting a table away from the very large buffet, which was decidedly beige in colour due to all the white bread and pastry/cake on display, I only had a stick of celery and 3 silverskin onions. :A Check out my halo! Oh, and had 2 diet pepsi's all night. Got home after the pumpkin hour, and then made OH and I a drink mug of Cadbury Highlight's each. We are just SO rock n' roll, don't you think?
So, after a nice lazy start to the day... well, it wasn't really worth getting up for considering how lousy the weather's been again (MrsM we had that massive storm here in Lincs. too. I took a pic of some lightning, and it gave me a headache!), it looked something like this:
Food plan : Extra Easy
B - porridge
L - Muller Greek Yog 0.5 syns, banana, kiwi fruit
D - Chicken pasta bake. Used a Tesco light pasta sauce (9 syns for the jar, and fed 5 of us with it) so I'll say 2 syns for mine, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic. Cheese 2 syns.
HeB - porridge
HeA - milk
Syns - 4.5 syns
Thinly sliced 50% fat cheddar melted on top. I prep'd it all on the stove, then put it all in the slow cooker for the last hour, and it was perfect, so much easier to cook that way too, and the cheese just melted, didn't go crusty, so felt more indulgent.
WI for me tomorrow night, not sure how I'll do considering * week. Feel bloated and as big as a houseI'll follow my WI by going off to a night of cake eating, as I'm a member of my local clandestine cake club. Not exactly SW friendly, but I just have a small mouthful of each, and don't have any syns all day beforehand. What I eat probably doesn't equate to 1 slice in total, but it's only once a month. We've got to make healthy-based cakes this month, so I'm doing one that I think might be SW friendly. I considered making the roulade, but not confident about making a longer car journey with it. Going to make an egg-based sponge, filled with LF fromage frais, and fruit. Rather looking forward to it. Will let you know how it turns out.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Hi dfh, I've had a look at your menu and there is a lot of bread, and I'm not sure it'll count as a Healthy Extra B if it's 50/50, does anyone else know as I don't have access to check it.
So you'll need to syn 4 slices of bread, plus your cake and party snack, plus butter on the bread (?) With not knowing exactly what your party snack was I'd say you've had in excess of 25 syns there today.
I imagine going to a party is not an everyday occurrence;) so you might have been doing flexi syns, if you were then I apologise
Hope that helps dfh xMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0
