2ba3c, I have pm'd you. Hope your little one feels better soon and that you get some rest. I remember those days well.

Well, my week was going quite well until last night when the teenagers went to Asda and came back with lots of munchies and I didn't decline the offer of having any.:o: Cookies, icecream and chocolates were consumed and as punishment had terrible heartburn during the night, serves me right.

so back to being an eating :A again today. I am making lentil soup and I will be having lots of good, lovely vegetables and fruit.

I had my eyes tested during the week and the optometrist phoned and wants me back today (it's at Asda) because he saw a spot on the back of my eye on the photo they took and wants to double check, it could be a little haemorrhage  so I am a bit worried about that.

    Have a lovely Sunday everyone

Am very much hoping for a loss tomorrow.....
  • Morning!

Hope everyone has a lovely day today despite the really bad rain (well I have got bad rain anyway!).

Had a slight deviation from plan yesterday - first I had some spicy sticky chicken (with skin on!!!) from the market when I went shopping yesterday, could have been worse though, I could have gone to Greggs like I used to :) Then eldest daughter made some shortbread last night and I couldn't resist! Apart from that I stuck to plan ;-) TBH I had a row with my Mum yesterday morning and it's really got to me so perhaps I was emotional eating so I did well to curb it to just some chicken and shortbread really...

Hopefully I will stick to plan today, got no menus planned but will have a roast later but apart from that no definite food plans. I'll come back later if I've time and update with my days meal plans.

    Happy Sunday people :)
