Just been catching up properly with this thread.
Sorry if I seem rude, my thanking is spasmodic at best and I'm usually doing at least five other things as I browse, my PC is also fit to drop and is currently regularly switching itself off at random. I will get it fixed after Top Boy's birthday, finances permitting.
Also, mixing up HEXB is something I am trying this week.
I love bread (and crisps and alcohol and cheese, I WONDER how I've ended up on SW) but so far have only had it as a HEXB on Monday I think (I know it's only Wednesday and I synned half a slice yesterday but that's GOOD for me!).
I have Alpen Lights, Ryvita Minis and porridge oats in for this week.
I suspect I'm still a lost cause for WI though!0 -

I'm into my second week, first week I lost 1.5lbs I was expecting more, but today I lost 3lbs and got slimmer of the week so I'm very happy!
I love hearing how everyone else is getting on, good or bad, this is such a helpful and friendly group
I wondering if anyone could help me with some ideas, our consultant is moving so next week is her last, we decided to take in some snacks, nibbles, party food slimming world things!
Does anyone have any good ideas for some low syn treats? I'm useless and don't really know any as yet!£0.00/£2014 saved!

For tasters I usually do bhajis, pakoras or falafel with a syn free dip.. Usually go down well in group0 -

worry~Maybe try writing down all your syns & we will see if we can help.
Upping fluids is also a great idea.I try to drink water with NAS Ribena every day.
Beanie Lou - My syns over the last few days (not including today as I've gone off plan cos I'm a bit peeved so I have given myself a day off)

chicken chasseur SW recipe (1)
half a pouch of microwave rice (3)
Fri 1x slice of toast (5)
30g reduced fat cheese (4.5)
Sat 1 small (measly) bacardi (4)
2 heaped tsp coleslaw (8)
Sun 1 slice bread (5)
portion of Mac cheese sw recipe from
magazine (6)
Mon 1 slice bread (5)
Tues 1 sachet options hot choc (2)
1 alpen light (extra to he) 3.5

I find it easier with fluids to have certain amounts at certain times.
I get a pint of water with my breakfast before I leave the house and have at least a litre during my working day, often a litre and a half. I then make sure I pour a pint when I get in. Any other fluids are a 'bonus' in my eyes and I'm not up all night weeing as I go to bed a good six hours after I get in.
Crikey top girl ! I can honestly say that I have never drank that much water in one day - its quite impressive - well done.
I would have to take my duvet and sleep in the bathroom all night cos thats where I would spend most time!!

Heh, it's a throwback from my alcohol issue days, does wonders for a hangover.
I can't drink it at room temperature and often bounce some ice in there at home!x0 -
Slightly gutted I've only lost 0.5 this week but it's better than a gain... and while I have eaten a bit too much chocolate, it's probably partly due to water retention after all the exercise I've done. Must just keep sticking at it to see a bigger loss next week!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16

Craftywitch - scale jumping sometimes has to be done just to see if its going the way u want it too
I cut out crisps? Had some of my faves at Xmas n they weren't nice really greasy n yuck so definately a palate change there
Lantanna - I'm being good but have the fear I'm about to plateau big time
I want to save money - oooh 20 syns I want 20 syns
Top girl - chances are that one meal won't effect you tomorrow x sometimes its best to just go with what you fancy
Worry - upping fluids worked for me plus its always good to have a good flush out
Bubble stick with it up the fluids and your loss will show soon

To clear up the tutting was actually a member of the social team not my consultant? And what's annoyed me more as I've sat and brooded on it and my gain is that since I've joined she's lost and regained week in week out and I think its more gain than losspah don't need the pressure from others I pressure myself enough
