Just eaten my chicken salad for lunch, god it was dull but it has filled me up
I had chicken salad too but mine was lovely, mixed 1tbsp lighter, than light mayo, salt & pepper with the chicken strips, lettuce, peppers, cucumber & beetroot with HEB pitta. I do love salad though but not tomates so its quite bare!:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

Thanks, I have no idea how it's so much. Not really just stuck to the plan been snacking in fruit a lot, but honestly thought I had been eating to much. Sorry I no that's not much help

I'm recovering from my binge last night but so bloated and practically walding today - dreading the damage this week has done.

Since my head wobble on Monday I've been practically saintly this week - the scales n measuring spoons are back out
Today's food
Lunch - poached eggs on toast (hexb) tomato sauce (1)
Mango pineapple grapes satsuma
Dinner - hm chicken Kiev (hexa and 2 for breadcrumbs) sw roasties swede n carrot mash, broccoli, cauliflower and sprouts
So 3 syns? Only had 14 this week so far so 17 over 3 days
Sneaky scale weigh in- lost zero big fat nothingStarted sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

they are about 3 times the size of the solitary chocs. I cant even see a calorie number on the egg.
. I bet they are sky high
