I thought 2 slices of the small loaf of warburton whole meal was classed as one HEB, is that not the case now?
Didn't have my HEA until bed time, hot milk with a sachet of options (2 syns)
That's right two small slices is a HEB. Wasn't sure what size loaf you had.:o
clucky, the old thread did have recipes. Sorry I'm not computer savvy enough to give you a link to it.
Lots of amazing honesty on here tonight.:A
Plus the usual self-deprecating fun of course. To add to MrsR's revelations, I'm pleased to report that I went up to filling a 38D and then shrunk to a very shapely 34D when I got to target. Delighted to keep the D cup!!:rotfl:0 -
Mrs Ryan I'm sure some do have that side effect xx
Mines just a side effect of being a greedy oink with no self control
Eleanorf you have done fantastic
Boobs here have not changed :@ although need to go get measured as my back has definately gone smaller oooh I might be able to get pretty bras instead of construction looking boulder holdersStarted sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

Good morning everyone, Firstly I am so sorry Eleanorf this is really tough for you, but the fact that your OH was so supportive is a crumb of comfort.
Well I have had a cuppa and could put it off no longer now 13 st 9lbs, so have gained a couple. This is def down to alcohol. As stats appear the order of the day, I am 5' 8.5''and I am pretty much a 16. I can squeeze into a 14 (sometimes) with serious muffin top issues. Also my bras have become too tight with that extra double boob problem. Not a good look:rotfl:. Whilst we are on the subject of body issues, I would like to rid myself of that awful saddlebag on my tummy. This has been exacerbated after a couple of kids. But as my eldest is16 in a few weeks I can't blame this on baby weight! Having read this I am making myself sound really attractive.
My target is a posh 12 fitted clothes, for me the size of clothes is the benchmark as we all carry our weight differently. I would also like to get back on a horse before the years out, so the weight has to come off. It has been a couple of years since I was in the saddle, and although I have become more risk averse as I become older, I want to have a canter on a really nice beech somewhere.
Menu
B: poached eggs
snack banana and sats
L: prob tuna saladChicken casserole and veg
Good luck!0 -
Morning,
Back at work today - feel like its Monday, though I know its isn't lol.
So back into work in my Size 14 work trousers and they don't feel any tighter than they did before xmas so this is a good sign! Was worried about me not be able to get them up lol.
Can't actually wait for wi later just to see where I am with it all. Hoping for no more than a 3 lb gain.
Think I am going to take this week like the first week again - counting syns is something I've really got out of the habit off and I make far too many guestimates. So starting today as if it where week one again and writing everything down - hopefully this will see me with a good loss next thurs!
My Bra Size has gone down - back size but not cup size - think I'm stuck with mine (38 DD) which is why I find fitted jackets and dresses a problem!
Anyway good luck to everybody today - Mildredd & Mrs Ryan - now come on get yourselves together lol0 -
Morning All
Back to work for me this morning after a 6 week break due to ill health.
Hope I haven't forgotten how to do it.:rotfl:
Luckily I've got a fairly active job so hoping I'll be able to count some of it towards my body magic (still no sign of the bl**dy trampoline)
Woken up this morning with the start of a stinking cold so not feeling at all hungry. I've got fruit and crudites to snack on if I feel hungry before lunchtime and a big tub of cous-cous and roasted veg for lunch.
First proper WI for me this evening, really hoping I've lost something.
Have a great day folks:)0 -
Morning All,
Such a big boost to see all of the old gang back  Big Hello's to Nessie, Psycho, Eleanorf and Magic :j Great to see you back, now I don't feel like such a loser as we're all on boardJust waiting for Catt
Was ok for all of yesterday so good start. Still down on myself though. Am making things worse by being 'offish' with Mr Frog as I feel so yuck about myself and unattractive, but that means that he's avoiding me, so I feel worse about myself as I feel unwantedWe need to talk but I'm too embarrassed
Argh!!!

As promised a few months back, I've decided to join you all. Feeling more determined about the decision now though as we have a short weekend away booked in 10weeks time & I'd like to be part of the family snaps instead of hiding behind the camera!
I've decided to make SW my hobbie for the year instead of treating it like a diet. This year is about concentrating on me & getting me back to healthy. I hope this doesn't sound too selfish, everyone else in my life is fab & trickling along tickety boo, my work isn't particularly stressfull but I do need to organise meal plans around it. I'll do this of a Monday as I usually have a Monday off & the house to myself.
So, I'm around 5f6 & weigh somewhere between 14 & 15 stone. I haven't weighed myself for a long while & will leave it too the 1st weigh in at my local group, which I believe starts next Wednesday. Until then I shall buy the mag, dig out the old pack from a few years back, try to get to grips with it all (what foods to have in ect) & just generally be good.... Anything's going to be better than the last fortnights habits!
Another personal goal would be to do January booze free. I'm hoping this will give the weight loss a good start. Can't believe how many calories there are in alcohol.
So, nice to meet you all. Am looking forward to sharing ideas with you all x0 -
I'm feeling a bit like the SF police here tonight!:o I'm assuming that you're doing EE topgirl so your HEA is the milk (hence synning the Laughing Cow) and your HEB is bread (2 small slices?).
If it was baked beans with your JP and the superspeed soup is loads of pulses with just some tinned tomatoes then you're very short on SFs for the day. Although I'm no expert, you may be better off calling it Green and synning the salmon.
Yes, am on EE and have HEXed milk and bread.
SS soup is as follows:
1 can mixed bean salad
1 can green lentils
2 cans chopped tomatoes
1 can baked beans
Handful of split lentils
2 large leeks
1 large onion
4 medium carrots
2 parsnips
Green, red & yellow pepper
2 beef or chicken or vegetable stock cubes
Salt pepper
Mixed herbs
Water (enough to cover all ingredients)
I got 6 portions out of that. Is that not enough SF?0 -
Morning everyone. Have menu planned and will be going shopping tomorrow ready to start properly on Saturday. Getting my signature ready:rotfl: Have joined the giving up alcohol thread too as that's where a lot of my excess comes from
Am going to weigh in pounds as can't face knowing what I am in stones and pounds lol and will set myself 5lb mini targets along the way. See you all Saturday with the facts and figures.
Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. Afds August 10/15. /8 Sept.0 -
