Btw is it possible to combine SW with SF shakes? As in would one a day help or hinder?

they are 11.5 syns each if you are following the SW plan properly.. why use that amount when you can have nice meals for miles less or even syn free ;)

glad to see your grandson is home crafty.. hope he's feeling better x

will be good to see your green posts daily frogga ;)

Thinking about making some soup, do you think if I boiled a bag of mixed frozen veg in stock and blended it up it would be/taste ok? I can't peel and chop loads of veg due to co ordination problems.

not tried frozen veg for soup but cant see why it wouldn't work.. I use it for veggie pasta and curries when cant be bothered peeling fresh stuff..

for soup I often get the prepared veg packs, casserole or the cheaper ones rather than the actual soupy types.. they are great with seasoning or a handful of lentils in to bulk them up :)

am with you on the boobs.. waiting for the day mine decide to shrink a little too ;)

I was told by my class leader, that so long as you don't use butter or sugar, and if you just salt it then it is free :T. I have taken this as truth, does anyone else know.....

On the SW website it says basic crisps and snacks, basic, popcorn, plain, popped, without fat, 25g is 4.5 syns on each day

BigJenny, thank you I have looked on eb4y, not sure what price I should be paying. It is a lot cheaper than the online package where you receive the books. First thing tomorrow I am going to have a search of the house again.

Mildred hugs, I hope it is passing again now. I know that things can suddenly hit you again out of the blue, best to let it out as someone else said.

crafty I hope your DGS is better soon, it is frightening whilst it is happening.

Half a bagel (5.5 syns) with one laughing cow extra light triangle (1 syn) and smoked salmon (free) and an apple (superfree) for breakfast.

Jacket potato (free) with beans (superfree) for dinner.

Superspeed soup with HEXB 2 slices of warburtons wholemeal bread with some ham in but no butter for tea.

Options hot chocolate before bed (1.5 syns)

3 cups of tea with my HEXA milk in through the day and the last splash of milk to go in my hot chocolate.

Can't exercise for health reasons at the moment so I'm trying to only use half of my syns a day and overdo my percentage of superfree.

What kind of soup is it?

Mine are my stomach, face and arms.
  • Yup I've got the stomach thing going on too. Hoping the mini trampoline will help with this if the bl**dy thing ever arrives.:rotfl:

Also back to pilates next Tuesday after a 6 week break due to ill health, and that is hard work on the tummy muscles so it must be doing something about toning them surely?
