Half a bagel (5.5 syns) with one laughing cow extra light triangle (1 syn) and smoked salmon (free) and an apple (superfree) for breakfast.

Jacket potato (free) with beans (superfree) for dinner.

Superspeed soup with HEXB 2 slices of warburtons wholemeal bread with some ham in but no butter for tea.

Options hot chocolate before bed (1.5 syns)

3 cups of tea with my HEXA milk in through the day and the last splash of milk to go in my hot chocolate.

Can't exercise for health reasons at the moment so I'm trying to only use half of my syns a day and overdo my percentage of superfree.

    :A

I'm feeling a bit like the SF police here tonight!:o I'm assuming that you're doing EE topgirl so your HEA is the milk (hence synning the Laughing Cow) and your HEB is bread (2 small slices?).

If it was baked beans with your JP and the superspeed soup is loads of pulses with just some tinned tomatoes then you're very short on SFs for the day. Although I'm no expert, you may be better off calling it Green and synning the salmon.

On the SW website it says basic crisps and snacks, basic, popcorn, plain, popped, without fat, 25g is 4.5 syns on each day

I can't find any free popcorn on the site either.:o

Thinking about making some soup, do you think if I boiled a bag of mixed frozen veg in stock and blended it up it would be/taste ok? I can't peel and chop loads of veg due to co ordination problems.

Going to Aldi tomo so will stock up on SW food

Frozen veg is fine. If you have a Farmfoods near you, I'm a big fan of their frozen sliced leeks. They're really good value (I think 3 x 1kg bags for £2 at the moment) and with no prep or waste I love them.

I've only really done EE regularly and based on that you've not really had enough superfrees today. You've had 2 HEBs (or 1 and 1 synned slice of bread) but no HEAs unless you've had milk in drinks. So I'd guess you're within syns for the day but need to up your :D

Thanks. Yeah, I haven't had enough super free stuff today because I just haven't been hungry. Always feel like it when I've had a flexible syn day the say before.

I thought 2 slices of the small loaf of warburton whole meal was classed as one HEB, is that not the case now?

Didn't have my HEA until bed time, hot milk with a sachet of options (2 syns)

    Started at 13 4

I'm 5 ft 9.5 46 years young Irish as most of you know :-) and in terms of aim by end of January I would like yo have lost about 7 lbs that's my aim so to be 11 8 by then
I don't think I want to go below 11 4 but will cross that bridge when I come to it

    Happy New Year all

    Back in it tomorrow.
    Saying nothing

Funny how weights and sizes differ isn't it really - I'm aiming for a bmi of healthy ;) 11 puts me into that bracket and I'm just on the cusp of becoming overweight instead of obese

Had a little cry tonight watching love actually
Think I have some issues I need to deal with over the next few weeks and put them all firmly to bed and lock the door on that chapter of my life.

Super frees the more the better is the science its to do with calories from the food and calories burnt digesting the food? Super frees have a negative calorie so its using stored calories ;)

Nessie - nice to see you back

    Hi to all newbies xxx

I think Mondays wi will be a bad un - I cracked open the tin of roses :( and a tube of Pringles :(
Started sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

New Year New You Challenge - /6lb

Don't worry mildredd- I feel your pain. I've had half a box of shortbread, half a big bag of popcorn and a load of chocs. I swear my painkillers are giving me the munchies :(

Weighed in this week and had gained 2.5llbs, which was disappointing as my scales had suggested STS the day before. Since I got back from WI I have eaten non stop carp and alcohol so no doubt it will be even more next week!

I ambacktoworktomorrow, so hopefully back into the SW routine. Ds goes back to uni at the weekend so I have no excuse from then on.

My stats 5'4', started SW in September 2012 at 13'1 and had lost 8.5 llbs but put 2.5 back on this last week. I was a size 18/20 on top and a size 16 on the bottom. Still the same in most clothes but can now get into size 14 jeggings. I.m 57 next week, have gradually gained weight at about a stone a decade for the last 30 years.

Lost my OH suddenly in October - although I didn't react by over eating (probably the opposite) I have found it difficult and exercise has more or less gone out the window. I really wanted to succeed with this for his sake as he was really supportive of me, but I am feeling really down about the gain this week and struggling at the moment.

Thanks foe reading this - I will try and be more positive next time.

not tried frozen veg for soup but cant see why it wouldn't work.. I use it for veggie pasta and curries when cant be bothered peeling fresh stuff..

for soup I often get the prepared veg packs, casserole or the cheaper ones rather than the actual soupy types.. they are great with seasoning or a handful of lentils in to bulk them up :)

am with you on the boobs.. waiting for the day mine decide to shrink a little too ;)
Mine haven't just shrunk they've about disappeared! :(
