    Hi Sweet1,

No challenges as of yet. Though I am setting myself a target of losing 10 lbs by the end of January - going on whatever I weigh tonight but will take me over the 5th stone hurdle.

We used to have a lovely person Shala who kept all our weight losses records for us and we are not quite sure how we are going to record them now - whether individually or as a group. Think I will add something to my tracker!

I go to group and find it hit and miss though it is getting better - I always stay as I find it sets me up for the week!

Top girl yes sf that's a sw approved soup for the sf content and the speed content.

Thank you! That's good news cos I've got a fridge/freezer full of it :)

Poached egg and beans on HEXB toast with an apple for breakfast, skinless chicken breast and a boiled egg with loads of superfree salad for dinner, followed by roast beef monster munch (synned at 6 as unsure) and a big piece of honeydew melon. SW soup with a few SW chips for tea and the usual options for supper, with cups of tea with HEXA milk through the day.

Does that sound 'on track'? Doing it from an old book by myself so I don't want to find out I'm doing it all wrong when I'm six pounds lighter at the end of the week!

Like the idea of making it a hobby rather than hard work. Just finished studying (took 3 & 1/2 yrs) so my body is now my new project.

Have spent all day cooking healthy treats with the kids. It's amazing how lovely the food is, just a shame always so short of time, as 3 kids, full time (and then some) and many after school activities to drive too. Going it alone this time, but kids and dh joining me and helping prepare food.

I think this is a great idea too...I'm also going alone this time, so hoping to post on here regularly. My DH and DD will be eating the same as me but I will add extra's to theirs as they are both stick thin but hoping to educate them about eating more healthily! My DD helped to make some Veg soup today and had it to start dinner this evening - she thought it was delish!

Oooh they were one of my favourites but they have gluten in them and I'm trying to go gluten free.

Thanks for the suggestion though :):)
