Same here - just ordered the starter pack on fleabay, going to try myself with help of the lovely people on here :)
Want to drop at least 3 dress sizes, don't know what that will be in weight, but I know that's when I'll start feeling better about my appearance.

    Evening all :)
I've been mega good today. :) unfortunately I had a nasty fall this morning (I'm ok, luckily I fell onto carpeted floor but it hurt all the same) although I went to the doctor and she said she isn't overly concerned and I should wait to see the orthodopaedic consultant in March so that's something. Determined I'm going to keep on :)

L: SW carbonara made with HEXA Laughing Cow, big mixed salad, Diet Pepsi

S: 1 shortbread petticoat tail (3.5) a few Sainsburys sugar free marshmallows (3)
    Total syns: 8.5

I'd be happy to keep a list if that's what people would like :)

It might help me to stay on track too ;) x

That would be fab but it is a HUGE ask ;) Shala was fantastic for doing it before but I bet it got too much at times? If you do decide, we'll have to think of a challenge name and time scale? How about the next half term, that's 6 weeks, and takes us up to Friday 14th Feb so Valentines Day.

And I'm shortening your name to 2b, it's annoying :D SO thanks 2b, but think about it first xxxxxxxxxxxx

Mildredd - Must get some of those Ryvitta Minis I'd forgotten about them as a HE!!

Was anyone watching the programmes on Channel 5 last night? Was very interesting! Especially in the Diet tips one where they were saying about all the things that are pumped into bread!

Well done Mich City on your losses - especially over Christmas - bet you feel great!

2B I'm sure the chart will be a bit of a monster - but if you have the time and the inkling I'm not going to deter you lol :)

Frogga - I think that sounds like a great idea for the challenge. I will be really bold and pledge a stone for then. I want 10 off by the end of this month.

Could kick myself for putting 3 lbs on - 2 Christmas wi's but then its only 3 lbs isn't it and I'll get it off again. Damn Christmas lol. Least everything is out of the way again!! Looking forward to a restful weekend watching tv (well not all of it lol) plenty of cleaning to be done etc but will be relaxing watching BB tonight.

    Today's menu

    B: Muller & Mandarins
L: Ham, Chicken, Egg salad & Laughing Cow light (he)

Haven't got as far as dinner yet but something with bacon and mushrooms - maybe pasta

Need to go buy some veg but not much else thankfully.

Back on the green tea with gusto today and did 30 mins of an exercise dvd last night - only 30 mins but its a start! Weather too wicked to walk here - I'd be blown away.

Mrs R - hope your ok!!

    Skink catt - Alive?

Happy New Year Beanie - lou & Becks

Have to say I love the new enthusiasm from the newbies :) Good for remotivating us all.
  • Morning all.... The group I'm hoping to join doesn't start back until Next Wednesday so I'm just going to try & be as healthy as I can whilst using up what I have in the cupboards. Did I just read that mushy peas are free?? This excites me! Lol as I brought a whole tray from Aldi last year when they were down to 4p! Thought that in the event of an apocalypse, I could just through them at the zombies for that price!!!
Was thinking of having a can with hm SW chips tomorrow for tea.
I'm not in work until this afternoon so I'm going to pop a chicken in the slow cooker, for chicken breast, new pots & carrots for tonight's dinner.
Breakfast will be fruit, yogurt, maybe a boiled egg & I ll take a cereal bar for snack during break.
I'm so glad you post what you're eating for the day. This really does help with ideas & planning.
    Cheers
