Another for you to try lantanna, this one's exactly like our local Chinese one. It's a paste that you make up with water. You can get it from Tesc0. It's called Goldfish Curry Sauce.

I imagine it's not far off the taste of the one Mich posted too!

Fell off the wagon a bit with a chinese again this weekend, but it was chow mein so not too much of a disaster.

    Today has been much better:

Breakfast - Poached egg and beans on HEXB toast with an apple.

Dinner - Tuna pasta (1 syn for lighter than light mayo) on a huge salad and a packet of velvet crunch (4 syns).

    Snack - Spicy mug shot.

Tea - Aldi mackerel fillet, superfart soup, some melon and pineapple and an orange Muller light. Pinched a tablespoon of Top Boy's mash and gravy that I refuse to believe is more than 1 syn :p

Will have a hot chocolate (2 syns) with the rest of my HEXA milk later.

Does anyone know how much of Aldi 30% reduced fat mature cheese I can have as a HEXA please? Top Boy has requested bolognese this week and I can't have that without SOME cheese!

GingerFurball, I don't do Body Magic as such yet due to health issues, but on working days, I walk 3 miles doing the school run and getting to and from work, it's usually split into 4 lots of ten minutes and I do think it helps me...

Also, I am quite partial to a bit of Soreen, can anybody tell me the syn values please?

4 syns per 28g on all plans according to my admittedly old book...

Thank you! I have big plans to ram it with tomatoes, celery, carrots, mushrooms, onions and peppers to SF it up as much as possible, not made a SW one before, my old one has bacon and a glass of red wine in :( I suppose if I trim the bacon and get 4 portions out of it, it wouldn't be too bad...

Becks - Think this is a really good idea re an incentive to lose weight - I sometimes do this with a Chinese, meal out, new top etc and it seems to spur me on :)

Your certainly getting the exercise in hun xx

Thanks lantana, I've had a dry January drink-wise, so I may well continue the non drinking until I get to my mini-goal and enjoy my bubbly.

I don't know about others but I am trying not to rely on food for treats. I lurve my food (obviously) and I'm trying to look differently at food and not see it for treats or rewards but as means of survival. I've always been an emotional eater, when I'm depressed, stressed or to celebrate. I think that's where half my problem comes into it.
