Morning,
Good luck to all the weigh in folk today!
Look forward to reading the losses later.
I love a Terry's Chocolate Orange though at 2.5 syns per segment I'll love them from afar lol.
Talking of chocolate Orange - finally got my hands on a Muller - loved it - there was 5 left in Asda on Saturday and I bought them all!
Mildredd - Feels great doesn't it - I'm in a Size 14 jumper and trousers today
I have so many too big clothes to get rid of - ebay and charity shop - determined to start listing this weekend. Big commitment though to get rid of the top big clothes - I have some lovely things and I would hate to think that I would need them again. I've got rid of a lot of size 20's to the charity shop - guess there is no point hanging on to them.
Mrs Lady - Well done on the pub
So on the pull back on thurs as usual
B: Pineapple, Muller
L: Gammon, Carrots, Brocoli & Cauliflower
2 Kiwis, Strawberries2 X Linda McC Sausages & More Veg, LS Beans & Mushrooms
LOTS & LOTS OF GREEN TEA & NAS CORDIAL!!0 -
Hello all, its been quieter then usual on here over the weekend. Hope everyone is ok.
I've had an ok-ish weekend. I find them so hard and definitely relax my diet brain.
I was fairly productive and made some more soup to take to work. So have my lunches sorted for the next 5 days.
My proud of moment was helping my 2 DD's to bake cookies, they had a blast and ate them all up over the course of the weekend. They smelt divine, but I resisted and ignored them. :j Yay for me!!
I'm excited for food for the next few nights, I have done my first Ocado online shop and I have that coming tomorrow night. I qualify for a free bottle of bubbly, so have made this my treat for when I get under 13 stone (will be a few months but its nice to have a goal). I also got £10.50 off with quidco and free delivery so have spent around £35 on this weeks shopping!
Did another Josie workout session again last night, and this time I don't ache. So hopefully it is still working but getting easier. I take my measurements on Thursday so we will see if it is working.
Becks - Think this is a really good idea re an incentive to lose weight - I sometimes do this with a Chinese, meal out, new top etc and it seems to spur me on
Your certainly getting the exercise in hun xx0 -

Hi all, happy Monday!
I was on plan on Saturday even though I had a really long day at work, and yesterday started ok when I asked for salad instead of chips with my steak!
But then we got KFC and had chocolate/icecream whilst watching a film. Oh well, on the bright side I did go to Boot Camp and I've been for a run this morning. So hopefully it will counteract it!
Hope you all have a great day.Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

I was so off plan yesterday - had far too many alcohol syns - will need to cut back between now and WI on Thursday. Need to keep my syns under 10 a day if I've got any chance of a loss - and I really need a loss to get back into top end of target range.
I'm going to be doing a mix of plans this week, starting with a Red day today:
B - bacon and scrambled eggs; banana and Mullerlight
L - prawn & crabstick sandwich with salad, spread with Lighter than Light Mayo
D - roasted chicken legs with loads of roasted vegetables, including aubergine, courgette, carrots, onions, garlic & peppers.
S - 4 rye crispbreads with 4 Laughing Cow Emmental triangles
HEA1 - milk in tea throughout the day
HEA2 - 4 Laughing Cow Emmental triangles
HEB1 - 2 slices WM bread
HEB2 - 4 rye crispbreads
Syns - 1 Tbs Lighter than Light Mayo - 0.5; Pink 'n' White - 2.5
not sure if I'll have anything else
With that lot I don't think I'll need anything else but if I do then there are still some satsumas left and more bananas. Also have some roasted gammon sliced up in the fridge to pick on.

I haven't joined in the latest challenge as 1. i didnt hit the last one which annoyed me 2. i've struggled to shake off Christmas with leftovers lying about etc.
However the last 2 weeks have been better and I have continued to lose. I am doing dry January which is helping and i think has speeded up my losses.
Tried out a couple of new recipes this weekend.
SW Chocolate drops - mix a vanlla muller light and a belgian options, make into dops on a tray and freeze. so about 10 drops were 1/2 syn on EE . made about 40 altogether. some people used chocolate moulds or ice cube trays.
Magic pancakes - soak overnight the porridge and ML and then fry. I had mine with berries on Sat and on Sun I had a chopped banana and some honey. so sat was free and sun was 2 syns on EE
Rick Stein's Chettinad chicken - i just omitted the olive oil and used frylight. no syns on EEYou're not your * could have not of * Debt not dept *0 -
Morning all
Sorry i have been absent the last few days - did not have a good weekend food wise. On friday i had a leaving do to go too & had the skinny pizza ( 460 cals so not too bad i guess) , sorbet plus a few glasses of wine. Stuck to plan on Saturday but then yesterday i was eating all day (and all the wrong stuff). It went wrong from the get go - planned on an EE day. Had Bacon & mushrooms on toast - all good so far.. then the snack attacks came - i devoured my bag of nobbys nuts ( love these so much
), 3/4 of a chocolate orange (that has been sat in a cupboard since xmas ), 2 x crabbies plus some salted caramel ice cream. I cant lie - i enjoyed it all but felt very guilty after i had finished the ice cream
Today is fast day for me so hopefully i will burn off all the excess of yesterday . I have with a carrot & my dinner will be something called "Hunger Busting balti curry" - which tbh could be used on SW too. Not sure if anyone is interested but here the recipe is if anyone is interested.
2 x onions
410g chick peas - are these synned? If so what is the total please?
tin of 400g toms
cauliflower ( i used broccoli & cauli)
Butternut Squash
Balti paste - as i dont have any in i used spices & tom puree to make the "paste"
250ml water
Cook onions (i used frylight) until they are soft
add in the paste & cook for a further 5 mins
add the toms, butternut squash & cauliflower along with the 250ml of water.
Cook out for a few minutes ( i used frozen veg so it didnt take long)
Add the chickpeas - cook for a further 5 minutes
Had a little taste yesterday and it was delicious.
2B - I would like to increase my loss goal please. can you please put me down for another 4lbs down for me to lose?
Have a nice day everyone

Chickpeas are Free on Green and EE. Would need to be synned on a Red day but absolutely no point in eating on a Red day - why syn something you can have free if you change the day you do.
Thanks for the recipe, will certainly give that one a go - a good Green day recipe and completely Free. I really wouldn't bother using this on an EE day - I'd rather make it a Green day and have 2 HEAs and 2 HEBs:T.
It would have syns in if you use a ready made Balti paste (1-2 per Tbs depending on brand) but doing it with tom puree & spices is free so I'd probably do that as well as I don't usually buy pastes.

2a its a 2lb loss for me this week
Happy with that. Was 0.8 lighter earlier in the week, and I think the difference is partly down to water - I drink more when I'm at work, so will need to try and keep drinking!0 -
Well done on all the great losses and support for fellow SW people, its great on here!!
Mmmm what is syn free rice pudding and how do I make that?
Also, I am quite partial to a bit of Soreen, can anybody tell me the syn values please?0
