I like this new Tesco Healthy living range. My favourite ready meal (bear in mind we don't have a working cooker so ready meals are a godsend) salmon and broccoli pie, used to be 2 syns but now it's free! And mushroom stroganoff (used to be 5) is now 4 :j I have some of the lovely fresh steamed type new ones which I'm dying to try :)
And can I just say- New Mullerlight raspberry and dark choc- oh my actual. Forgive my choice of words but were all adults here :D orgasm in a pot!! Mmmmmm! (Free- double checked on syn app)
It narks me off about the Mug Shots from discount stores. I brought one in for the slimmer of the week basket and my consultants supervisor went off on one about it saying you shouldn't buy them full stop and you should only buy the ones from proper supermarkets and I was so embarrassed and upset- I buy them from the pound shop as I'm on the sick and I can't afford to buy them from Tesco- I think I got 4 for a £1 but they're 75p each in Tesco and I told my consultant that I felt like I was being made to feel bad because I can't afford the 'proper' ones. I've stopped having them now full stop because if I don't have them then I can't be made to feel bad about not being able to afford them!
Hope you're all well. Still having a tough time so still lurking but thinking of you all xx

Been eating better and I've gone from 20 stone 13 pounds to 19 stone 7 pounds in a week and a half. That's 20 pounds. I feel a bit faint at times thou. I'm 5 foot 6.

I went to the doctors to see if they could help me to lose any weight (Orlistat, cheaper gym membership, cheaper slimming world membership) and they said no, there is nothing they do anymore. Budget cuts I suppose.

As long as you are aware they are slightly different to the supermarket ones, I can't see what difference it would make!! How rude!!

That is a lot of weight loss in a week and a half. Are you eating enough of everything? You shouldn't feel faint.

I posted a pic a few pages back on the syn values for them.. Mrs R that's awful of your consultant to react like that.. Ours will just point out the extra syns if she spots one in the basket just so everyone is aware!

Thanks Mich :) it was her supervisor who said it, my consultant stood up for me a bit and told me not to worry, they were fine as far as she was concerned, she knows my situation and would never have said it- obv her supervisor didn't know my situation but I still made my feelings clear that I thought her reaction was wrong x

So it was.. Read again.. Good she supported you then, her supervisor could do with reading up on the SW statements about support being warm and non judgmental ;)

Mr Ryan isn't coming across very well on CBB :p

Happy Sunday! I have had the laziest morning.

Brunch of a freestyle SW omelette, had loads of stuff that needed using up so I sprayed some frylight in a pan, browned some mushrooms, peppers, cherry tomatoes, red onion and trimmed chopped up bacon, then whisked up a couple of eggs with some HEXA milk, poured over and just cooked! It completely fell to bits so it was more of a hash than an omelette but it was delicious with some black pepper on HEXB toast. Followed it up with an apple, safety first

Tea will be some superfart soup, followed by pork medallions, a bit of mash with about a syn of butter in, carrots, broccoli and asparagus and a supper of options hot chocolate and something synny, maybe some wotsits.
