Frogga -come on Mrs you know you WILL do this ..... it doesn't matter what route you are taking ..YOU CAN AND WILL DO IT!!!

So my day has/will look like this....
750ml semi (hexAx3)
fruit...
now I haven't had lunch as such but I have been cooking and by the time I had done I had eaten so many chunks of carrot, cabbage etc I am fit to bust
dinner
sw doner kebab meat
warburtons thin (5)
leon-slaw (0.5)
I could splash out on some garlic mayo to use some more syns but I will see how I feel. Im still going to be left with my hexBx2 -but haven't a clue what to use em on (I don't have cereal bars etc) -I did think of having my kebab on a wholemeal cob but then I think it won't feel the same :rotfl:, I considered making wedges but then I asked hubby and he didn't think we would need them so Im not bothering.
I managed to make the coq-au-vin this morning so now have it cooling in 3 containers -so that's 3 more evening meals for us sorted :T -now I just need to keep adding too them and not using them all up and being back to square 1!!!!

Here goes...
I thought I'd been following EE but I'm going to draw a line under the past few weeks & start again ... With your help if you don't mind?
HEA will always come from ss milk because I love my brews.
HEB needs to be something I can grab & go during the week so I was thinking cereal bars. Could you suggest some other than hifi bars as I don't go to group but may order some off the internet (if that's possible?) on pay day.
Week day breakfasts ... I was thinking yogurt & fruit. Or maybe a boiled/poached egg/beans.
Weekends bacon grilled with the fat cut off. Poached eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes & beans.
Lunches I struggle with during the week because off my shifts but if I am able something like Crustless quiche (I made this twice this week) jacket potato with tinned fish/beans <
I need to be adding salad to this, don't i?! Or homemade soup.
Tea has been free spag Bol & wholegrain spelt pasta. SW chips & mushy peas. Slow cooked chicken & veg.
The thing is I really need to keep it as Syn free as possible during the week because I like gin & soda water at the weekend & this could lead to late night nibbles of cheese, ham, crackers ect. I am a savory person at heart.
Today's breakfast will be 2 poached eggs & beans.
S: ski low fat yogurt & orange
Lunch: oat so simple/Alpen cereal bar just before work
S/15 min break: fruit pot (strawberry, melon, pineapple)
Tea: we have friends over tonight so gin ~blushes~ SW chips for nibbles
Please be kind! I'm just working with what I have at the moment food, money & lifestyle wise but if you could see areas that need tweeking or think I could be making better choices somewhere, please say!
I am so enjoying reading the previous thread... Feel like I know you all already.
I'm exactly 14st 5f6 & have lost 4lbs since new year xx
Don't worry, we all have to use stuff up, wouldn't be very mse if we didn't.
If I were you I'd have a few Green days so that you can eat beans and corn and stuff like that. You could still have a bit of fish or meat as a HEB. I wouldn't have too many days without a third SFs though on any plan.
For snacks I like cooked meats and cold half syn sausages.
For lunch it depends on the facilities you have. I like HM soup and pasta salad with either roasted veg r salady bits stirred through. At home I have a lot of LO veg fried up.
MY EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk
L: bubble & squeak and picklessteak, chips (maybe wedges), peas, tomatoes, mushrooms and maybe fried onions
Syns: pepper sauce (LO from a M&S meal) and weekend wine
Enjoy your meal MrsM, I'm looking forward to mine too!0 -
2b please could you add me back in on the chart-I weigh on Saturdays but can move it to another day if its confusing things? Its a 1lb off for me plsDebt free 2018

MrsChristmas, I'd suggest maybe more veg/salad than fruit as I've been told that the sugar content in fruit means it should be the last superfree port of call?
I keep carrot batons and celery sticks in the fridge to have with my pate. I also overdo the salad at dinnertimes, it's more like my bowl is 3/4 superfree so I know I don't have to be as rigid at breakfast and tea...0 -
Hi again,
Well ive been shopping and filled up the fridge etc with lots of SW freindly stuff, Glad to see Saisburys are still doing the Mullerlight 10 for £3 and Alpen light bars are on offer too.
Weve decided that were going out for dinner tonight before going to the cinema, so thought Nandos may be a good choice. Also brought some snacks for while were watching the movie, could have been carrot/celery sticks but thought nah, so gone for a snack bag each of popcorn instead of sharing a bigger bag, and maybe share 1/2 chocolate orange. I'll be back on plan tomorrow and a couple of classes at the gym.
Todays menu
B - 2 Weetabix skimmed milk, Bannana
L - 1 Poached Egg, 1 Toast, 1/4 Pineapple & 6 Strawberries
T - Nandos Chicken (maybe chips/coleslaw)
2 Teas, 1 Water, Pepsi Max.
Snack pack of Toffee Popcorn
1/4 Chocolate Orange. My mind tends to wander............If found please return;)
I can spell...................I just cant type0 -
If anyone has a local Morrisons, they have 6 packs of Muller light for £1.50, forgot to post this yesterday! I have a fridge full of those and superfart soup!0

Am still here but lurking. Am in agony at moment, finally got emergency appointment with dentist but of course it's too late and I have massive infection in gum (feels like whole of left side of face) so on antibiotics. Sons Birthday today so off for meal in a while but really don't feel like it as face so painful.
Wi with .4lb gain not happy with that as only blot on the menu was Chinese Last Saturday. This weeks been all super free soups for lunch and pasta bake for tea (maybe too much pasta then) although portions not huge as I can't tolerate too much pasta. Oh well try again next week. Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
