I've been dreadful tonight. Started munching after supper, big slice of cake then some crackers:o My own fault for missing lunch. Even had DH asking where I was on my target range. I think he was worrying on my behalf. Bless him.
Definitely an on-plan day tomorrow.
MrsRyan, you've not posted for a bit, hope you're OK?0 -
Evening all (or morning for anyone around)
What some fantastic losses again for people, :j
I'm another one joining the STS club, 2b please can you add this for me
I can't put my finger on what went wrong this month, funny thing is there were a few of us at group who had big losses for their first week on plan and maintained the second week. I'm not going to let it get me down, it just motivates me to do well this week.
I've got my appetite back and have found a new love for sweet potato chips, I've cut back on my sugar so these seem to be a right treat, the good thing was I didn't fancy anything 'sweet' for pudding so only managed to use 2 syns today for the oil I used in my actifry as I stupidly forgot I had ryvita for lunch!
I don't have much planned for the weekend so am going to stock up the freezer with some meals and soups. My treat tomorrow will be to make some scotch eggs againthese are becoming my favourite things to snack on!
Hope everyone has a good weekend and manages to stay on plan. Its so tough at this time of year with the cold weather, everyone is doing so well so those that are feeling a bit down, give yourself a pat on the back.0 -
Morning all,
Just popping in with my with my 1lb loss for this week 2b, have to admit im not really happy with that loss as was expecting 3lb again this week as feel ive been on plan and not had anything i shouldnt have. Perhaps im eating to much fruit? anyway, tomorrow is another SW week "Must do better".
Will pop back later today to catch up on all the chatter.
Well done to all the losers this week. :TMy mind tends to wander............If found please return;)
I can spell...................I just cant type0 -
Sorry for not replying sooner & thanks for all your advice.
Here goes...
I thought I'd been following EE but I'm going to draw a line under the past few weeks & start again ... With your help if you don't mind?
HEA will always come from ss milk because I love my brews.
HEB needs to be something I can grab & go during the week so I was thinking cereal bars. Could you suggest some other than hifi bars as I don't go to group but may order some off the internet (if that's possible?) on pay day.
Week day breakfasts ... I was thinking yogurt & fruit. Or maybe a boiled/poached egg/beans.
Weekends bacon grilled with the fat cut off. Poached eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes & beans.
Lunches I struggle with during the week because off my shifts but if I am able something like Crustless quiche (I made this twice this week) jacket potato with tinned fish/beans <
I need to be adding salad to this, don't i?! Or homemade soup.
Tea has been free spag Bol & wholegrain spelt pasta. SW chips & mushy peas. Slow cooked chicken & veg.
The thing is I really need to keep it as Syn free as possible during the week because I like gin & soda water at the weekend & this could lead to late night nibbles of cheese, ham, crackers ect. I am a savory person at heart.
Today's breakfast will be 2 poached eggs & beans.
S: ski low fat yogurt & orange
Lunch: oat so simple/Alpen cereal bar just before work
S/15 min break: fruit pot (strawberry, melon, pineapple)
Tea: we have friends over tonight so gin ~blushes~ SW chips for nibbles
Please be kind! I'm just working with what I have at the moment food, money & lifestyle wise but if you could see areas that need tweeking or think I could be making better choices somewhere, please say!
I am so enjoying reading the previous thread... Feel like I know you all already.
I'm exactly 14st 5f6 & have lost 4lbs since new year xx0 -

2 Alpenlight cereal bars
1 kellog's Special K Chewy Delight Bar
30g bag Ryvita Minis, all varieties.
2 Ryvita original/dark rye/fruit crunch.
Alternatively, you can have dried/canned/cooked fruit, nuts and seeds or certain servings of ready made soups. Let me know if you are interested in any of that and I'll list them for you XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
