    :j:T:j:T:j:T:j go you!!!!

Also MrsRyan, I know you probably don't feel like it but i'm afraid that attitude from the consultants supervisor would mean a very strongly worded letter from me to HQ.. how dare she put someone down for what they choose to buy! The consultants are there (and being paid by you) to offer support and advice in a friendly supportive manner, if they can't do that then i'm afraid the are in the wrong job!!

OH has requested a full roast dinner today(with yorkies), so chicken is cooking in the slow cooker at the minute.. bit low on SF today as we have no shopping so i'm afraid i'll have to draw "the line" later and start afresh from tomorrow..

e.t.a. I think I've just realised why i'm feeling so bleurgh - I've finally run out of pepsi max a few days ago, so I've decided to give up completely. I must be trying to eat everything to find a substitution for it and get rid of the craving!! D*mn caffeine affecting my body!!

Back from my sisters. Managed to have only 16.5 syns even with eating lunch at my DD2s - she made Leek & potato soup which I had with HEB bread and dinner at my sisters which was a HM chicken curry, mushroom pillau, a spinach & onion dish. Had a mini lemon cheesecake for desert 4.5 syns & a couple of glasses of wine.

Today's plan will be EE again:

B - bacon, egg and mushrooms
    L - banana sandwich HEB; pink 'n' white 2.5
D - prawn cocktail (made with Lighter than Light mayo) followed by boiled bacon, potatoes, cabbage & peas 1

Will probably have a couple of glasses of wine.

B Fruit and Fibre (HEB) + Milk (and for hot drinks) HEA. Cherry Muller light, satsuma
    L Bacon, scrambled eggs, tomatoes
Plan for tea - chicken, stir fry veg + extra mushrooms.

Making a big pot of stew too at the moment, and have boiled some eggs for the fridge for snacking!

We'd pretty much run down all our stores in cupboards, fridge and our tiny freezer since Christmas. Just done a big shop, and made sure everything is SW friendly. Decided that all shops should be arranged according to Syn value, so it would save time. . . !!

Also, a new Council gym is opening up near us, and we've made an appointment tomorrow evening to go and look round before the official opening. EEEEK!!

    Good evening everyone...

I'm fit to burst -totally on plan but I have just had hm pizza nomnomnom...

today I have had a green day that looked like this:-
    fruit
    70g roast chicken (hexB)
    potato
    cauli
    broccoli
    carrots

    fruit
hm goats cheese, red onion and balsamic pizza -(15syns +1hexB and 1hexA)
    salad
    leon-slaw

now my pizza base was home made baguette dough mmmmm and I used a hexB for the goats cheese and a hexA for the red fat cheddar and the mozzarella -so it certainly wasn't a "light" version but well it was on plan and on the rare occasion I have pizza I want proper pizza (plus it's one of hubbies faves and Charlie likes it too..)
Whilst I was at it I made enough dough to make hubby 15 substantial cobs for his weeks lunches and 2 more balls of dough have gone in the freezer for the next time we want pizza :D so I have a good head start for the week.....

Hope everyone is ok.. and having a good weekend..

  • Hi,

So used to having a slice of cake with a cuppa tea on a Sunday afternoon its the one thing i really miss, so this afternoon ive gone for a cuppa and 2 jaffa cakes, im not sure of the sin value but im sure it wouldnt be as high as a slab of manour house cake. ive got to cut back on syns over the next few days as our night out last night would have had a few syns in it. Ended up going to Chiquitos before the cinema and had loaded potato skins 1 & 1/2 of them and a Chilli Beef burger with fries but didnt eat the bun, a snack pack of toffee popcorn and 2 jaffa cakes instead of 1/4 of terrys chocolate orange i planned on.

    meal plan for today

    B - Mullerlight, Bannana.
    L - Slow cooker Pork, Cabbage,Carrots,Cauliflower 2 baby Potatoes.
    1 Tea, 2 Jaffa Cakes
    T - Maybe fruit

    2 Teas, 3 Water.

1hr in the gym, 30mins Spin Class,
My mind tends to wander............If found please return;)

    I can spell...................I just cant type:confused:

    Hi all
Don't get me wrong my consultant is amazing. She's been more than a consultant, she's been a friend to me recently as I've been going through a tough time. I'm unsure whether she spoke to her supervisor about what she said but she was brilliant- she stood up for me and told me I had done nothing wrong and not to worry.
Ive had another one of those raspberry yoghurts.. They're deliciously naughty and very sweet. I've also discovered peppered Quorn steaks which are free and absolutely gorgeous! I usually find Quorn a little tasteless but the pepper flavour was subtle enough to give it taste but not overpowering. So I had some lovely food today with the minimum of syns :)
Brunch:Banana, bacon butty (2 small slices WW wholemeal as HEXB) scraping of spread (1 syn for Flora light) cup of coffee with HEXA s/s
T: 2 Quorn peppered steaks, piece of OH's chicken with Chicken Tonight Spanish sauce (3 syns as it was less than a 1/4 of a jar) steamed carrots, broccoli, sprouts. A few Aunt Bessie's midweek mini roasties (1.5) pudding was a raspberry Mullerlight with a mini Milkybar (3.5 syns) crushed up into it, bottle of Diet Coke.
Boots scales are suggesting a 4lb loss ;) am hoping that group scales tell the same or better story after my pre-group walk tomorrow.
    Syns: 9
    Hope everyone is ok xx
