    Wednesday's review
Breakfast: mackerel on hexb toast (how big will my 60g home made bread be?), grapefruit
Lunch: Batchelor's Pasta n Sauce Cheese & Broccoli, hexa - milk & butter in pasta
    Dinner: bangers & mash - 2, waffle & rasps - 3, ff greek yogurt

This worked out fairly well - toast was a decent size :) The pasta was cheese, ham & leek, so add 0.5 syns for half packet, served with beetroot, spring onions and tomatoes. I had quorn sausages, so that was free, with onion, cauliflower and broccoli. Instead of waffle I had a toasted crumpet (5 syns) and blueberries as well as rasps.
Snacks: chocolate digestive biscuit -4 syns and a banana.
    Total: 9.5 syns

    Friday's Plan
Breakfast: Banana Toast (hexb) with lightest Philly - 1.5
Lunch: quorn sausages, eggs, veg grapes
Dinner: spinach & mushroom canneloni, Hartley's 10 jelly -0.5, ML banana & custard yogurt, rasps

    Let's do it!

I don't know what trickery is afoot, but I WI in the same vest and shorts pj set, at the same time (6:11) on the same squared tile in my kitchen and depsite takeaway and peanut butter related disasters (and a pretzel related incident that I am not particularly proud of)...

I have lost 2.5 lb this week!!! :j

That puts me on 7 for the Valentine's Challenge and, even better, puts me, at 5ft6 at the very very top end of 'normal' BMI.

    God bless superfart soup!!

NOW, my boss is getting breakfast in from the local greasy spoon this morning. I'm thinking my best bet will be bacon and tomato on a wholemeal roll without butter and maybe sneak in and add some mushrooms I can quickly do in Frylight here before I leave... unless anyone knows of any low syn fry up options?

Had my 1st weigh in last night lost 8lbs woo hoo.
Have eaten loads, been on EE all week.
  • Week 2 weigh in just happened & I stayed the same.
Guess I'm not being strict enough but can't see that I'm going very wrong?
Take the last 2 days for example
    B: yogurt, cereal bar
    S: banana
    L: Crustless quiche
    T: none
I did have gin & crackers & ham in the evening :o

    Yesterday
    B: yogurt, banana
    S: cereal bar
    L: 2 poached eggs & 1/2 tin beans
    S: 4 satsuma
T: lentil Dahl with other half of beans
    S: hot chocolate

Compared to my diet before of bread, wine & crisps I thought it would be coming off quicker!
    Still, onwards & upwards/downwards!

I have reached page 131 of the previous thread & Nessie has almost had her baby :T

    Today will be
    B: yogurt, fruit
    S: cereal bar
L: jacket pot. 1/2 tin beans
T: slow cooked chicken & veg
    S: hot chocolate

I will say now that my yogurts are ski yogurts & my hot chocolate is a full fat shops own because I don't like the thought of sweeteners. Having said that I'd have still thought I'd be under my syn allowance?

Just had 2 slips during the week... Crisp sandwich (Wholemeal bread) Friday eve & gin, crackers & ham Wednesday eve ....
Ok... Can see now why I've stayed the same! :D

Think you look a bit scant of the superfree - trying adding some more in and see if that helps. Eg. Have a salad with that jacket and beans. Your slips aren't too big so I wouldn't worry about them that's for your syns are for!! :) I'll be pouring a gin or two tonight myself - compulsory end of the week behaviour!!

TopGirl - Great loss, enjoy that Bacon Butty - what about adding in some beans for some speed and cut the fat off that bacon.

Angela - Great loss well done

So Friday at last - yay! Roll on 5 pm.

So today looks like this for me

    B: mixed fruit & yogurt
L: Mugshot, 2 Kiwis & Hi Fi Bar
D: 2 X Nimble Pizza Toasts with massive salad

Snacks: Lots of Green Tea & water throughout the day. Few cheeky Gin & Slims tonight

So on it now to get this 3.5 off to get my 5 stone sticker - it really was the boost I needed last night

    Morning all

Well done on the losses folks :T

I have just done my 2nd weigh in and I am -8lbs  -It's a new one on me to lose more in my 2nd week than my 1st . although I am 2 days late weighing in (so this next week will be a short one) .... It also means I have hit my 1 stone valentines target :rotfl: so can I please re-set my target to 21lbs please

MrsChristmas -I have full fat yogurts too -I adore the ones from lidl they are soooo scrummy but weigh in at 8-10 syns  but gawd are they worth it :D

I think Im on a red day today -which should look like this:-
    500ml semi (2hexA)
    2 boiled eggs
    fruit

and that's as far as I have got so far :rotfl:
Hubby is having Goan pork tonight -so I might have some salmon and veg with Charlie -Im sure I will figure it out.

Just a quick one from me for now but Im sure I will pop back in later...
    have a great day everyone...

quorn sausages, so that was free,

Greentiger - not all quorn sausages are Free - most are 1 syn. As far as I know the only ones which are free are the Quorn Tastier Sausages, frozen, 50g each.

Not a problem at the moment but could mean you go over your syns some days, particularly if you eat several of them - wouldn't want you to go over unintentionally.
