My day is green but I am struggling to lose

B. Blueberries apple banana m/l strawberry yoghurt
Toast B plus 2 Syns

L h/m veg soup and a slice of bread B plus 2syns. Fruit

D. Jacket potato cheese and mixed beans. Fruit x 2

A milk A cheese B bread B bread
4 Syns
6 water.

Valentine challenge: mich_city week 2: STS please 2b

Hi all,

Weighed in at boots this morning and it was a maintain for me.. Not sure if totally in sync with the SW scales and was wearing jeans (leggings usually in group) but will give a good starting base for next week.. Wasn't a gain anyway so i'll take it!

Had an early meeting so today has looked like..
B: banana + black coffee (was running late!)
L: bacon and mushrooms on toast (HEB + 1)
T: chicken jambalaya (1.5) muller + blueberries for dessert
snacks: slimfast choc caramel bar (4.5)

no HEA, there.. not sure what to have for that, struggle with A choices when not having milk in cereal for breakfast!.. could always make a muller milkshake later to have with my choc bar.. will see

3lb loss for me this week, half way to my Valentines target and my first ever half a stone with SW. Very chuffed

Have everyone's updates, well done to those with losses and STS, hugs and calorie free choc to everyone else including me

Sing and sign was fab with my DD today!

I think that makes Asda £6.67 per kg compared with Aldi £7.56. That makes it an excellent buy, I think I'll go and stock up on a few for the freezer. I'm still pleased about it being stocked in Aldi though as that'll be a regular price.

wiz, today's menu looks good although not much food still by most people's standards.

ex lean steak mince, 500g has been reduced to £3 in Tesco

my stomach is grumbling at the smell coming from the kitchen.. chicken jambalaya from the SW site and added some jerk seasoning.. cant wait for tea

on offer until 21st jan, rare the ex lean gets reduced in there so possibly?
