Had a carp week, drank for 3 nights this week, so only myself to blame. Don't you just hate b**tchy woman, I won't go into details other than to say I resorted to the wine for succour.

I want to try and get back onto plan, but not feeling it. I am not even sure I want to post this, as there is so much positivityI don't want to put a dampner on it.

    Must try harder.......

Arkers, this is exactly the place to come for a rant (I'm guilty of having a wobbler on Monday after WI). Sorry to hear you're having to deal with not so nice people, but just keep looking after you, and use it to fuel the fire of determination to be who you want to be.

If only someone would invent calorie free chocolate!!!

I'll add crisps, Chinese and bread to that list as well lol.

I swear I'm getting progressively more bloated by the hour lol

Tick tock to wi - Am I the only one that looks excited to wi and thinks about little else all day! lol

Its no wonder I get so disappointed ............

Excited? No. It's more trepidation, because I'm convinced that no matter what my home scales might say, the group ones will always make me heavier. I'm convinced I gain about 3lb between 5pm and 6pm when I weigh in.

Whooo-hooo! Well done, and congratulations on your half stone. Hang on to that motivation, and use it to help you have another great week.

Well done Lantanna on your loss. Oooh, you're within touching distance of that award. You can do it!!

Well, today I've been a little bit hungrier, but kept it all within plan. I also popped my magic porridge cherry this morning, and it was lush. Now I know why you were all making such a fuss!

    Today's plan : Extra Easy

B - Magic porridge: 35g porridge HExB, Toffee Mullerlight, Banana
L - Bacon, eggs x 2, mushrooms, tomato, beans, sliced new potatoes fried in frylight. Ketchup 1 syn
D - HM burgers with pickles and onion, SW chips, Heinz Five Beans, very thin slice of low fat cheddar (less than 10g) 2 syns. Ketchup 1 syn
    HExA - 250ml ss milk
    Total Syns = 4

I've tried to keep the fruit limited as suggested, and although I've had some carbs today, they've been the porridge, but an ordinary portion, and potatoes, but not masses of them.

I'm determined I WILL do this. OH asked me to find some pictures of one of our boys today, and as I trawled back through the images on my laptop, there were ones of me in all my different sizes (and dodgy haircuts!). I looked the ones of me in my size 14 jeans, wearing a fitted tshirt, and I just looked healthier, let alone slimmer. I still have the jeans, but haven't been able to wear them in about 4 years now. I am determined to get into them again.

Watching Secret Eaters - fascinating, and I wonder how shocked I would be if I'd watched myself on film stuffing my face with a great slab of chocolate, or a whole cake . . . . I don't think I would ever deny to myself that I was overeating though. I think I was at least aware of where I was going wrong.

Anyway - a good day for me. Fry light fry up for lunch of bacon, tomatoes and an egg on 2 slices of bread (HEB), and some lovely salmon, turkey and salad for tea. If I'm on Plan I treat myself to delicious food - it's still about pleasure then. Might have some melon before bed - can't bear to go to bed hungry!!
