Hi losers
well done on all your weigh-ins!!
Arkers.. sorry you're having a  time..grrr at mean people.
I'm having a "i want to stuff my face day" today.. so far i've limited it but lets hope i can manage the rest of the day. Bad news at work has made me worried i think and this is how it comes out in me... stress = comfort eating.
so meal plan for the day
B - 2 toast (heb), pineapple
L - chicken sandwich(heb) salad
T - roast veg, chicken, corn
S - crisps (4.5) banana, milk in tea (hea)
Once again i seem to have gone off the EE path :rotfl:Isn't it funny how you don't notice till you write it down! May as well turn it to a red day and have 2 hebs instead of synning my breads!! :j
Good luck for weigh-ins later everyone xxMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Morning all...this is such a lovely place to come and talk about our weight and money!! I actually see a parallel between the two. I always say if I had the ability to go back in time the two things I'd change were to be more careful with my money and to look after myself and not gain weight!
We are self employed and got into debt from trying to set up our business and rescuing it at precarious times...thing is our business is very successful now but we still have a burden of debt from the past.
Likewise with my weight...i gained 5 stone (F I V E ) with my second pregnancy - (severe morning sickness that would only be controlled by eating all the time) and an episode of Bulimia for several years after that- and the thing is - now I'm healthy (in mostly a good frame of mind) and sporty....but I still have my "debt" of weight...hopefully I can get rid of that now.
(a bit heavy for first thing in the morning sorry!!)
I tried that chocolate pudding thing last night...only I used natural yogurt with an Options stirred in (no water) and it worked really well...very tasty!!
Food today so far:
B: muller and fruit
L: Ham and cheese sandwich with salad and 1 tbs extra light salad cream (HEX a and b with 1 syn I think?)
I have to work dinner yet and it has to be something quick as everyone is going out places tonight and I'm babysitting the GrandSugars at 7.30.0 -
May have fell into wetherspoons yesterday and may have ate a disgusting amount of syns :@

hi all, too many pages to scroll back so could anyone please tell me where the cheap lean mince was from... aldi or lidl? Want to get some today as I need to make up some frozen meals ready for long days at work this weekend.
well done to losers, hugs to anyone that needs them.
i celebrated my loss on tuesday with a very naughty meal of pizza, chips and onion rings with my cousin (i hardly ever see her so not a regular thing!) then last night had skinny pizza at zizzis with OH and FIL. Today is a new day... I've already eaten chocolate but for the first time ever checked the syn value!
So my mantra today is:
*MUST KEEP EATING FREE/SUPERFREE FOOD*

I saw it in Aldi at £1.89 for a 250g pack.rainbowfairydust wrote: »for me.
Another point for me is the lack of education when it comes to making meals on a tight budget that are nutritious, filling and easy to make. No one (from my generation/younger generations)seems to know how to cook any more (not BAKE but cook). This is also something i have had to teach myself.
It is possible to do SW on a budget. I do as I hate being ripped off. As above, Aldi is my friend.:)May have fell into wetherspoons yesterday and may have ate a disgusting amount of syns :@
Pah
Better than falling OUT of Wetherspoons I suppose!:rotfl:
WI for me this morning. I gained half a pound (in red for 2b).
I'm happy with that as I want to stay in my target range and I did have a couple of off plan meals.0 -
Mildredd - I may just fall into a Chinese tonight if the PMT continues lol. Get back on track - you'll be fine. What did you have anyway?
I've been thinking of it for a while - so tonight might just be the night to get it out of my system!
Maman - I watched weightloss ward last night - 2 episodes thought it was really good. It really showed the effect that carrying extra weight can have on other aspects of your life!!0
