1.6 lb loss this week
I'm a little (but only a little) disappointed, as it seems to be getting less every week, but I'm hoping that this next week might be a little better. Don't think I'll make target, but its going in the right direction, and even though I've only been at this 3weeks, I am really noticing a difference in the way clothes fit.
If anything, I've been undereating this week - not deliberately, just been really busy. So I should be happy that I have lost! I am, I just wanted 0.4 more!0 -
Hi all!
Some fabulous losses, wonderful news. Praying for a good one for me tomorrow, am really hoping it's at least 2.5 to take me to my first half a stone.
Nothing else new happening here. Being very boring! Taking the baby to a sing and sign class tomorrow, which is a big thing for me, can be a bit shy/scared of new situations.

Another good day today - smugness continues.
Been to see the Vicar tonight about our wedding in May and he's also trying to lose a few pounds. It's 16 weeks on Saturday - I wish we had started SW earlier, but we didn't so we can't do anything about it, just do our best from now on.
Let's all tackle it a day at a time and eventually all those days will add up to a week, then a month, then a year and at the end we'll all be slim!!! :-)0 -

I can't understand why I have sts but been 100% all week and even felt a bit hungry some nights in bed? Maybe all the fresh food I have been eaten has messed up my digestive system hopefully temporarily but I will persevere.
Hi. Sorry, not very clear. I reached my target weight on 30 October and then you must stay within 3 lbs either side of this ... Or you must pay again. No charge while within the 6lb range.... With me? So I had gained over Xmas and was now well outside the target zone... 3 lb outside the heaviest I should be! So lost 2 this week and now must lose another 1 to get back into zone and be fee-free again. I could actually notice weight on me.... 1 st time ever I've had this happen.... So am really determined to get to the bottom of target zone. Then I will have a major re-think and may lower my target weight. It's totally up to the individual where they set their own target and ideally I'd like to be a couple of lbs lighter than I originally chose as I'd be more comfortably in the lowest dress size I've been in for YONKS!!!2014 reach my best.0 -

Hope you get the result you want.
I was also v shy when I had my babes. I had to force myself to mums and tots etc as I wanted my kids to socialise etc? I also had post natal depression with my last which was unexpected and devastating. Persevere as it does get easier and a tip is to ask someone what age their baby is.... Or any basic question and they generally will chat away... So you can listen and not have to feel awkward etc.... Enjoy.2014 reach my best.0 -
Checking in early!
Wednesday's review
Breakfast: porridge with hexa milk
Lunch: chicken noodles, rasps and ff yogurt
Dinner: lamb stew with couscous (0.5 Syn) followed by meringue nest with strawberries and ML vanilla yogurt (3 syns).
That leaves plenty of scope for my snacks: banana, 2 x choc digestives = 8 syns
Total for day 11.5 - clearly not as much scope as I'd hoped!
Thursday's plan
Breakfast: mackerel on hexb toast (how big will my 60g home made bread be?), grapefruit
Lunch: Batchelor's Pasta n Sauce Cheese & Broccoli, hexa - milk & butter in pasta
Dinner: bangers & mash - 2, waffle & rasps - 3, ff greek yogurt

WI for me this morning and not feeling very positive - my trousers are feeling a bit tighter this morning so think I may have put a bit on, hopefully not too much otherwise I'll be out of target range. My DH sabotages my weight loss every Wednesday night by opening the wine!!! and I do like a glass or 3 - certainly not a good idea the night before WI, especially when you've been on plan all week!
Have decided on a Red day so I can have extra HEAs & HEBs:D.
B - will take a pot of melon to have after WI
L - think I may pick up some crabsticks, smoked salmon & prawns and have with a bit of salad and HEB bread
D - beef stew, potatoes HEB2
HEA1 will be milk in tea throughout the day; HEA2 may possibly be a bit of cheese and syn a couple of of Ryvitas this evening.
Will pop back later to let you all know who I do!
