My Aldi didn't have any of the extra lean mince, lowest they had was 15% fat so ended up buying it in Tesco. Picked up a couple of packs to go in the freezer for later in the month.

Had a gain of 1.5lb this week, was expecting a gain as felt bloated and trousers were a bit tight! This has put me 0.5lb out of target so need a good on plan week to make sure I lose at least the 0.5lb to get back into target and not have to pay!

Definitely a Red day today as have only had melon, crabsticks, prawns & salad today. Having a beef stew for dinner so will have potato as HEB.

Will leave me with HEA and HEB for crackers & cheese this evening.

    I'll check back after class:)

    thanks for adding me 2ba3c.

Not hopeful for Tuesday - forgot I was going away for a cheeky weekend, courtesy of Christmas present from son and partner. Oops!

I'm hoping that being accountable to you lovely people will guilt trip me into making responsible choices - well, some of the time at least :)
