I have to say that I am amazed that some people struggle to have their syns. I have never ever had that problem.
I don't do much exercise at all.
Gym for a GP referral class once a week & yoga once a week is about it.

  • I am at the end of my second week of SW with WI day tommorow.
I have stuck to the plan except for measuring my milk but am averaging 10 syns a day so hopefully the two or three cups over milk allowance wont stop my weight loss. However, I do feel quite bloated this week (not T>O>M way past that stage lol) and don't feel as if I've lost this week but will find out tommorow.
Well done to every one this week.

Although you don't have * week anymore your body is actually still affected to a certain extent, not usually as much but still a bit.

    Good luck for WI tomorrow.

I went to group last night for my very first WI and lost a whopping 5 1/2 lbs!!! I didn't think I would get anywhere near that, so its def giving me motivation to keep at it.
I have set my next weeks goal at 2lbs.

I tried to make choccie brownies today with sweetener, vanilla extract, eggs and options white choc... lets just say they didn't work out :/

So I have instead made a sort of cheesecake in a glass, using 2 light digestives, 1/2 tub of philly's lightest and a muller light along with options mint choc madness.

I haven't worked out the syn's for it, but am hoping it won't be too damaging? Although I have now realised philly light you can use as a hea, but philly lightest you cant :(

I always found the weeks I felt the most bloated was the weeks I lost easiest.. must have been all the air in me making me lighter!! :rotfl:
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

Some great losses. well done folks:T:T:T:T

Is it me or is it flippin' freezing tonight?

Just got back from my Pilates class, don't know if it counts towards the old body magic but I enjoy it and feel 'long and loose' afterwards. I normally have my best nights sleep of the week on Tuesdays after pilates, so it's worth it just for that:D

    Todays meals
B 2 weetabix and milk (HexA & HexB)
L H/M cauliflower and celariac soup with 3 Finn Crisp (3 syns) Activia 0% chery yoghurt.
T Baked beans on toast (HexB) with cheese (HexA) on top. Salad and dressing( 1syn)

I'm saving the rest of my syns for the weekend I think as that's the time I really need them. I can quite happily go without during the week but pick like crazy at the weekends. Is this just me?

Is Frogga MIA or have I just missed her posts?
