1st weigh in - 4 lbs off :T. Haven't joined challenge because going on holiday on Saturday so real challenge is to not put the 4lb back on while I'm away :o.

    Me again ;)

Thanks for the kind words. Tracey I think I eat quite a lot really. I'm definitely never going hungry and using an average of 10 syns daily.

I forgot to post my day's meal plan for today:
    Extra easy day

B - danio yogurt 1.5 syns, satsuma, banana
L - packet of super rice (whole pack), cabbage, leeks, mushrooms, quorn
    Snack/tea - portion of h/m quiche
Supper - muller yog, apple, satsuma, slice wm toast HExB, butter 1.5 syns, jam 1 syn
    HExA milk

Dinner was light and split in two as I had WI, and back late, so didn't want anything heavy. So for me this was a light food day, but still looks like more than some seem to post on here. Right, I'm having an early night before I get too sulky ;) tomorrow's another day

Out of interest, question for you all: do you exercise along with doing the plan, and if so, how much & how often?

  • Out of interest, question for you all: do you exercise along with doing the plan, and if so, how much & how often?

I excercise 3-4 times a week at the gym, usually do 4 Spin Classes, Kettlebells, time on the treadmill, Weights & a pilates class now and again. Been doing it for a couple of years now and although when i first started i lost about 1.5 stone it also gave me the green light to eat more or less what i wanted (in my head) im much fitter though:j:j:j

So this is why im giving SW another go,

  • So first weigh in tonight & I put on 1lb - not surprised & quite glad it wasn't more!

Think my head is in it more today/this week but will see how we go!

Talking of curry my local Morrisons had their value range vegetable curry in cans reduced from 54p per can to 25p per can - only 1.5 syns for the can - I brought £6 worth :-/ perfect for quick meals or fillings for jackets!

The mackerel in indian sauce is really nice, it is not very spicy and has mango puree in it so it is quite fruity.

I think it is a limited edition and I buy it in Mr T.

That sounds lush, need to get a few tins of that!! Thank you x

Weekend wasn't 100 % on plan as usual I's 30 syns in crisps and 8 extra slices of bread that I shouldn't have had. On a plus there wasn't much alcohol. Getting a bit fed up with myself and these little binges.

My little binges are becoming a regular occurance, getting me down as know I'm doing it and will regret it but still eat crap!

Think I'm going to take a break from group as getting gains most weeks isn't helping me get my head back in the zone.. I started my SW journey in October 2012 and got my 3 1/2 stone award, went to less than a stone to go for target but now back up and gripping onto 3 stone off for dear life.. Will be gutted to lose that as took so long..

Still going to 'try' and stick to plan and see how it goes ;)

I do virtually no exercise at all. One dance class a week (not specially strenuous) and a tiny bit of walking. Our consultant always says it helps with toning but it's the eating that makes the weightloss.

Might you be having too much fruit rather than veg for your SF? There's been a lot in the papers recently about 'natural' sugars. Another suggestion is to vary the plans for a bit of a shake up so try a few Green and/or Red days. Then there's always Success Express.

Or like beanie says, just keep plodding:)

I'll make a point of looking really hard at your menus just in case I can spot anything. Have a big hug.:A
