Tracey, I love mackerel in spicy tomato etc, is the Indian sauce one nice? Is it curry-ish? Never seen that one, where do you buy yours?
The mackerel in indian sauce is really nice, it is not very spicy and has mango puree in it so it is quite fruity.
I think it is a limited edition and I buy it in Mr T.Officially debt free :j0 -
Another for you to try lantanna, this one's exactly like our local Chinese one. It's a paste that you make up with water. You can get it from Tesc0. It's called Goldfish Curry Sauce.
I imagine it's not far off the taste of the one Mich posted too!

Evening everyone,
Just back from WI and I am really hacked off. Gained +0.5lbI feel totally robbed. I've been totally on plan, and have been since just after Christmas week.
The only thing I can think is that I may need to exercise, and reduce my portion sizes?
Anyone got any ideas? I am totally honest with my food each day, I count all sauces, etc. I even avoided having porridge each morning to avoid too many carbs, and upped my fruit & veg to hope to have better losses. It's been pretty sluggish since I started 8 wks ago, and makes my total loss 6lb now. No binges, no chocolate, few treats (unless SW friendly). One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

A few people in my class use Mayflower Chinese style curry sauce mix that you add water to. I haven't tried it myself but may be worth a try and then they add chicken and onions etc. It works out 5 syns for 28g of the dry mix and I know you can buy in Farmfoods.
My food for today:-
Green day
Breakfast - 35g Shreddies (HEB), 250ml semi skimmed milk (HEA) and a banana
Snack - red grapes
Lunch - Roast chicken mugshot, 1 x Alpen Light (0.5 HEB), WW dessert yogurt, French fries (4.5 syns)
Tea - Jacket potato, 40g reduced fat cheddar cheese (HEA), carrot mash, sweetcorn and baked beans with curry powder added
Snack - 1 x Alpen Light (0.5 HEB), Velvet Crunch (4 syns)

It is horrible when you have been totally on plan and then you get a gain. Do you think you are eating enough? I eat quite a lot and make sure that I use all my syns so I don't feel deprived. If you are not eating enough your body goes into starvation mode and wants to hold onto the weight, just a thought.Officially debt free :j0 -
