How many syns do you count for a Chinese chicken curry?

I actually couldn't find the syns in my books or online! So I just decided that as I hadn't used many syns that I would have it anyway.

Not great in theory I know, but once in a while it's a nice treat :)

Lol, I'm the same though I hardly ever have one - once in a blue moon - its my fave thing from the Chinese. I would say I have one every two months - my Chinese does a half portion so I opt for that now. Would love to know the syns though as if I knew I could factor it in more.

before sw I used to have a Chinese every weekend and would have a main dish and a portion of fried rice & a portion of chips to myself - I used to eat half and then eat half later on (after drinking).

Theres no way I could eat all that now. But if I'm really hungry and dreaming of food its generally Chinese chicken curry or salted chilli chicken with half rice half chips lol.

I've tried all the curry recipes and none of them compare at all lol
  • Afternoon all - finally caught up! Phew!!

Well the weekend for me was interesting...I actually was bad in that I didn't probably eat enough! I missed breakfast on Sunday and didn't have all my HEXa or b for both days...I want to make this a lifestyle change and not a fad so I really want to do this right.

    Today so far I've had

    B: Muller and a pear
L: will be a chicken salad and a couple of mandarin oranges....

I'm going to figure out tea soon - I have the afternoon at work to figure it out.

Well done to all who have lost and and encouraging hug for those who have not :)

As far as I know they are, I certainly count them as HEB (you do realise it's 2 for HEB?) Just make sure you pick up the Light ones, as is easy to pick the others up from the SM as they all seem to be mixed together on the shelf.

  • You can either have 1 alpen light for a superspeed heb or 2 for extra fibre :)

Hope you all had a good weekend. I was doing ok until OH wanted nibbles and chocolate as he isn't drinking during January and was really struggling over the weekend... so I of course ate them alongside him. Then yesterday I was eating out, no choice as to what I had, and the biscuits jumped in my mouth too!

    So far today so good....

    L - beans on toast
D - pork something with mashed potato

snacks - 2 alpen light (6) velvet crunch (4?) will have to snack on fruit the rest of the day :)
