Morning all,
Hope everyone is well today, healing vibes for those that need them.
Last day of the holidays for me  We've had such a super time over the past 2 weeks, I don't want it to end. But needs must.
Anyway, I've been busy already this morning. I've emptied the small bins, checked the bathrooms, cleaned all 3 toilets, stripped our bed and loaded the washing machine. Just waiting for DS to make an appearance before I put the WM on. My ironing pile is mammoth so will do 2 x HHI shifts whilst watching a movie with the DC later. I've also managed to deal with a hotspot in the kitchen.
DD and I are going to try out her new dessert maker this morning and if what we makes turns out well, they'll be going into packed lunches this week. I still have quite a bit left on my lists so will plough through that during the day.
Right off to shower and get dressed. Must add vitamins to shopping list for this week as we're bound to come down with something now that school is starting again. Good health is a top priority.CC1 £5999 Total Debt March 2021 £5999

:hello: Morning
The strangest thing has happened - over the last few months, although I can be yawning my socks off when I go to bed, nine times out of ten, I'll either be awake until goodness knows what hour or I'll sleep, but keep waking up (which was the situation last night). That usually means aches and pains the following day, but, have woken up this morning with barely a twinge (but lots of yawns!) Only snag is, I'm being sociable this morning, so hope it lasts into the afternoon .....
Vanilla Sorry to hear about Ozzy - they look lovely!
Flying Update: Thursday afternoon didn't happen, did it? Should have known better than to plan anything for then. But, yesterday - different story altogether, got busy in the kitchen (not dot-to-dotting, just pottering); the same in the sitting room and by the time I had to go out in the afternoon, was a bit chuffed with the outcome.
Right, time to get ready and be sociable :j. Hope to post later0 -
Morning lovelies
Still recovering from work yesterdayI went into my 2nd house and Oh. My. God  I should have took pictures cos nobody would believe how bad it was, I even did an extra 25 mins and I still didnt get to the girls rooms or the family bathroom
I crawled from the car into my house :rotfl: didnt help that their mop was broke so I stupidly scrubbed all the floors with a mop 10 inches high, my back is still sore lol
So, got to pop into town this am, hoping the walk will help, im at work later for 2 hrs, and I need to hoover through in here and do some washing, kitchen etc *sighs*
vanilla aww poor puphope he gets sorted asap, hugs for you xx
Welcome new people :hello:

Morning! Littlies have had breakfast, I'm having a cuppa. Going to sort a few more photos. Mum might be popping over later. Weather dependent, we'll go to the park - DS can go full pelt on his bike! Still dark here though.
I have beds to strip and remake, but other than that will just make the most of the weekend - back to reality on Monday! DS did some reading for me last night so I'll write that in his record too.
I just edited the carp stuck to the fridge whilst the kettle was boiling. Some recycled but some to go in DS folder (swim certificate and good behaviour certificate!!!) and some to shred.
DS wants to make flapjacks for gramps' birthday tomorrow. Will speak to MIL and see what the best time to visit is. He did mention going out for fish n chips but we might do party food instead
DD tummy seems a bit better. She was very narky last night but this morning climbed in for a cuddle, and said "I'm nice today, I love you a hundred pounds. I won't drink the bath again"so I think she's forgiven lol.
So, just watching "dinosaur train" with DS for 10min then I will go for a shower. Eurgh. I still haven't cleaned the shower drain. I'll take my rubber gloves up _pale_Bossymoo

DH has taken DS3 to squash and then popping into town to get cash out for boys bus passes on Monday.
I need to:
Wash up
Have a shower
Go to Mr L
Strip DS3 bed
Put toiletries away
Then once DH and DS3 have headed for Manchester I'll get back to my list, it would be lovely to get it clear before Monday (but unlikely). The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Still blowing a gale here, I'm really bored with the weather.
DS1 came home from Madrid last night, with lots of lovely goodies, including the special cake that is eaten on 6th January, so that will be the inspiration for Monday's lesson plans, all about the Three Kings, and writing letters to them. I shall take the cake in to show students, but am not sharing!
I was pleased with the number of little things I did yesterday, and will continue picking bits off the lists today.
Rippedoff3 - another so-so house here, too many other interesting things to do in life! Top tip - try to decide main purpose of each room. What do you need in that room for that purpose? Do you have the correct storage for those needed things? I found this was the key to organising my home, but I'm still working on it! Remember valli's Don't put it down, put it away mantra, also great help.It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0
