    A mug with a cycle bell attached to the handle...Beat that..
    It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
    Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
    If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
    If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
    If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

    My brother has a habit of buying me vouchers for things I don't need or shops I never go in. This year it was bloody whsmith - the last few times I've been in there I've struggled to find anything I want to buy. To rub salt into the wound he gave hubby an amazon voucher - I'm wondering if he'll notice if I swap them.

    At least my mum has stopped buying me vouchers for massages and pedicures...
