The CISAS was contacted, the case is not closed so i have no idea where you received that information from?
£150.00 was agreed by T-Mobile, and is not high. I think more of us need to challenge appalling customer service more, I can not wait to leave this companyTrinidad - I have a number of needs. Don't shoot me down if i get something wrong!!0 -
