    Skimmed most of it to be fair, probably the cinema goers would even fall asleep...........

    The CISAS was contacted, the case is not closed so i have no idea where you received that information from?

    £150.00 was agreed by T-Mobile, and is not high. I think more of us need to challenge appalling customer service more, I can not wait to leave this company

    I realise this may sound harsh (which was not my intention) however it is the truth.

    yes this is the truth, T-Mobile have about a week to forward me the compensation cheque, and no its not harsh.
