Day 3 done! I had my salad and a bowl of broth, was yummy and best of all FREE!
I just did myself a steak, fried it in that 1cal spray with a bit of salt and pepper, med rare.. Lovely. I've got a stonker of a headache, prob due to my body coming off tea and crap
I was going to go and make a stir fry for LTW but forgot I'm in at 6pm so I'll eat at home.
Might go to bed shortly, see if I can get rid of this headache.Credit Card Debt:[STRIKE]£12991[/STRIKE] £12526

I fell off the wagon in December, so I'd like to try again.
20 days for me please.
Back to work on Monday. Am thinking of using the crustless quiche idea but in my muffin tray. Has anyone tried freezing them? Need to use up my bacon and stilton but won't need to eat them straight away.
Really want to get better at using up left overs and spending less on food!

Yesterday and today done, about £13 saved already! Surprisingly not too much effort required. Evenings are always a mad rush trying to get the kids (and my) stuff ready for the next day and mornings even worse getting them to school and dashing to work, but the savings are definitely worth the effort. 2/22 days completeSealed pot challenge #304

Good evening, my lovely LTW'ers! I am loving all the chatter on this thread at the moment and hearing about your LTw'sIf you fancy attempting hm falafel, and then passing on an easy store cupboard recipe.....?
:drool::whistle:
Hahaha...hmm, i guessi could try and test a few recipesI buy the cauldron chilled ones at the moment. They cost £2 for about 5 or 6 balls of falafel and i use 1 per pitta and have 2 pittas a day when eating that LTW. So they last me 3 days. Not bad i think

2 days of no lunch at work done for me! Instant chicken noodles was not that satisfying but I teamed that with some Swiss chocolate and my secret stash of almonds in my desk. Day 2 involved a cheese and sandwich spread sarnie with popcorn. Both days came with instant porridge breaky courtesy of Mr Q Oats. #booom
Boyf helped keep my spirits up with playful mocking followed by tears at the state of his financial affairs. Same with work husband. May have 2 new converts for group...2014
