Can anyone recommend anywhere in Europe that would be suitable for a 2,3 and 5 year old? I'm a single parent, so am looking for lots to do on site or very locally and close to airport or ferry port as taking all 3 little ones far on my own is not easy! I don't really want to take a car unless the site is very close to a ferry port! Thanks!
Where are you travelling from (so which ferry crossing would you do?) I wouldn't want to fly with 3 kids under 6  (and you may indeed find that an airline won't let you do so). They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -
Strapped: I'm in the south west. I have flown with them when youngest was a few months old. Happy to drive to any ferry port in England, but not so confident driving once we've crossed the sea!0

Just seen this on facebook
I posted this as a comment in another thread but think think lots of you may find it useful to ensure you get your first choice.
'There's a way of getting around this on the online booking system. Only put your choice of holiday as a 4 day and then the other 3 options as 3 days, when it asks you to pay you will know if you have the one you want by the total.
Or visa versa
so for first time booking online with out priority reference number this may help0 -
I am being a little dim here I think but I really do not understand the process. I booked last time for the first year. I haven't received any pack but they've emailed me a code. What do I do now??Do I still have to buy the paper.? When do I apply? Do I do it online?
What are all these different codes?
Do you get some sort of priority booking before everyone else??
Hope someone can help!
Thanks0 -

Book on line using your priority code and the code words that will be posted on here.
No need to buy the paper.
Yes you get priority over the 1st timers.0 -

I actually find driving in France easier.
Check out the AA website on what you need to have - red triangle, breathalysers etc.
Get a satnav with european maps and find the co-ordinates on the eurocamp website.
Your best bet is ferries from Plymouth and camps in Brittany. I recommend Chateux Des Ormes.0
