Cheers for that...that's good! Is there a dedicated Sun Holidays Phone Number would anyone know to follow up with after because I know i'll have to call them at some stage regarding the Wheelchair Access Caravan.

contact them via e-mail now and ask. Follow the link https://www.ukholidaysinthesun.co.uk/ and try "Frequently asked questions" or "Contact us" at the bottom of the page. I've always found that they reply quickly,, within a day, and with good advice. They might say book and then contact the site when you get their invoice or if you know what site/date etc then contact them directly and ask saying you plan to book via the sun promo. Fore armed is fore warned as the saying goes.

It's really helpful. Thank you so much. Can I just ask one more question. Do you automatically get assigned the silver apartment or is there an option to upgrade as you pick dates. Thank you again.

After you have booked through the Sun you will get a confirmation email from Butlins explaining how much you have left to pay, this includes the service charges, entertainment passes etc. Included with the invoice is an option to upgrade if they have availability to do so. It usually says it's £3.50 per person per night but I don't know if this is for every break.

All you do is ring them and ask them to upgrade you and they'll send you a new invoice with the amendments and new price.

The confirmation from Butlins won't come through immediately, it'll take them some time to process the booking.

Hope this helps, any further questions just ask.

    :)

Do you really have to buy entertainment passes at the Butlins sites ?

You do yes, this gives you access to all the onsite entertainment and swimming pool, funfair etc. I highly recommend it as for £12 per person for full access to everything everyday is much cheaper than paying for entry into all local attractions for everyone everyday.

There is so much going on every day at Butlins it's not repeated. Each night is a different show and there are 2/3 venues each evening that have something on.

Loads of activities throughout the day too plus the amazing swimming pool with 3 slides and the funfair which apparently is new this year opening in April.

Can anyone recommend anywhere in Europe that would be suitable for a 2,3 and 5 year old? I'm a single parent, so am looking for lots to do on site or very locally and close to airport or ferry port as taking all 3 little ones far on my own is not easy! I don't really want to take a car unless the site is very close to a ferry port! Thanks!

Ninth Anniversary 100 Posts Combo Breaker
I think they used code words from previous years the time before last , so we managed to book using the last word as we worked out what it would be, also the last time we booked , the code was cracked and only some of us managed a booking before it was changed to a different code, so they are catching onto us. will be interesting to see what happens this time round, although i do think its worth having a go, also does anyone remember if these code words this time have been used in previous years?

The last 2 offers have been 2 letters and 2 numbers. The 2 before that were using previous years codes so they're not doing that any more.

Last time we all managed to get in by writing a word twice, one in capslock and one in lower case. They then changed the settings so that all words were capitilised and you couldn't use the word twice.
