Does anyone know at Butlins Skegness do you get a kitchen? I most likely wouldn't take a dining plan as for 6 of us it'd cost a fortune but if I won't have a kitchen then I would probably need to.

Cheers for that...that's good! Is there a dedicated Sun Holidays Phone Number would anyone know to follow up with after because I know i'll have to call them at some stage regarding the Wheelchair Access Caravan.

contact them via e-mail now and ask. Follow the link https://www.ukholidaysinthesun.co.uk/ and try "Frequently asked questions" or "Contact us" at the bottom of the page. I've always found that they reply quickly,, within a day, and with good advice. They might say book and then contact the site when you get their invoice or if you know what site/date etc then contact them directly and ask saying you plan to book via the sun promo. Fore armed is fore warned as the saying goes.

Thanks,, Ive already used the contact form but have been waiting 2 days & still not had a reply...this would be no good after I'd made a booking because even the large sites have no more than 4 or 5 Wheelchair Access Caravans & they could all be booked between booking via the Sun & then waiting for them to get back to me and the Holiday sites, after I'd paid. It could easily mean we would lose the booking, they should be able to handle bookings for Disabled people better than this really which is why I was after a contact number to speak to someone at Sun Holidays.

We have always gone self catering but when the option for Butlins comes up on the Sun website sometimes half board comes up and some times it does not ie sometimes you get a choice...sometimes only half board has come up when i have been trying to book...

if you click half board then you get a room if you don't choose half board you get a standard apartment......

We have only been to Skegness so don't know what happens when trying to book Minehead or BR..

The same thing happens if you book Minehead or Bognor Regis. I been to both of these with the Sun.

all of the haven sites apart from 2 take dogs - best thing is to check on the company websites and try and book the park you want and it will say if you can take a dog..
