Evening all.
Hugs and good wishes to everyone today.
SFD number 12 from me today.
No formal exercise as such but walked to and from work today so pleased with that.
Did buy a few things from Wilkinson this morning but used my Love2shop voucher so no cash was used.
Tomorrow will be a spendy day so will update my totals then.
Have a good Wednesday everyone!0 -
Thanks tiptoes.
Calling sending you the biggest of hugs. Life seems to know how to kick hard when you are down.
Managed 1 nsd out of last 3. Grrrr!! Had to do some diy for a leak, so that cost me money. Then today my eldest passed a swimming level, so had to pay for her badge. Whilst I was waiting I bought a cuppa tea, had a hectic day and was feeling slightly wobbly. So 2 days scuppered. Tomorrow won't be either as I have a haircut booked. Planning thurs, fri, sat and sunday all to be nsd though.
Roll on payday. Aiming to pay off some mini debts that are quickly dropping.

NSD today and going for another tomorrow.
No exercise taken, but I did do a lot of house cleaning, so I did move around a bit.
Really looking forward to coming aboard properly for February challenge.
Hugs to all who need them."Have nothing in your houses that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful." William Morris0 -
Good Morning everyone, it is so encouraging to see so many people sticking to their plans. Well done!
This month seems to be going on forever, and I have had to drag myself through this week, but I am going to do a three week update and gear myself up for finishing the month really strong.
Update Week 3.
I have £10.00 to last me until the end of the month. I have plenty of food in and a menu planned out for all meals, so theoretically I should achieve my AFD and SFD's by hanging on to that £10.00 for as long as possible.
I am 50% of the way towards my £5.00 a day challenge, so I will focus on that for the last 9 days of the month. I have a pile of things to ebay and three mystery shops lined up, so plans are in place here.
I have completed 115 km on my exercise bike against a target of 100 km, but I have completed 400 exercise minutes against a target of 1000 (which I don't think I thought through !!). However, it is possible, as there are 9 days left and it would require an hour's exercise session a day, and I have a free gym pass for this whole week.
Yep, I am up for it!! On the days that I don't get to the gym I will do a brisk walk or cycle ride for an hour. It is only for 9 days, and it will remind me to be better organised next month.
Catch up with you all at the end of the month. We can do it x."I wondered why the Frisbee was getting bigger, and then it hit me". £9/£250

Got paid on Friday. Really pleased I have managed to pay off £652, this month. So I have updated my signature. :T
I went back a few pages to find this entry MagicLily! I have been so absorbed in my own issues at the moment that I have not managed to CONGRATULATE such massive achievements as this. So a massive well done to you! You have clearly caught the debt busting bug and I am very happy for you.. and mighty impressed! :T:T:T“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Good morning all.. I will be looking for achievements today that I have missed over the last week or so.... watch out for a lot of these...:j:j:j.... x x x“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Today isn't a SFD for me. Not only did I buy milk, bread and bananas because I was at the supermarket anyway, but I caved and bought two boxes of white chocolate penguins in the Hotel Chocolat sale. Their white chocolate is just so tasty and when they're half price I can justify it as a treat, especially with 8% cashback and a free delivery code. Mea culpa
On a brighter note, I've made over £200 this week selling things I neither need nor want to keep any more, even allowing for the cost of postage. That's going in my savings account to pay for a weekend away later this year :j0 -
Good morning,
Today shall be SFD number 13 I think. Yesterday wasn't one as I bought some pittas and cream, and booked my parents flights for meeting their new grandchild. They are not that internet savvy and don't trust paying things online so I usually do it. But that means that I'll be about £250 short for my savings till they bring the money with them when they come over (plus I loose a bit by changing it from Euros, but heyho).
Otherwise not much to report. Still got a chesty cough as the rest of the family and will see my midwife for a 32 week check up tomorrow. Also I only got 4 pounds left with still 8 weeks to go till I'm as heavy as I was when DS was born. So I finally bite the bullet and try to cut out sugary and fatty snacks. I don't overdo it on them but they must be contributing.DEBT 02/25: total £6100 Debt free date 12/250 -

Sorry I've been AWOL for such a long time, long weekend and just generally busy.
It seems that I've missed a lot, but my thoughts and love to everyone who needs it, with special mention to Calling
I'm up to 9 SFDs, mostly through the daft spend here or there and not keeping aproper eye on it. Plus I'm having to faff around with the key meter in my new flat, putting a £1 a day on it until it registers the previous owners debt has gone. (they had a debt of £1200 on the meter, they must not have paid for electricity for years!) Hopefully when I check this evening it will have registered the new account.
Keep going everyone, less than 10 days to go!
