I did and they were ruddy tasty! The only thing is that they're fiddly to make with all the dipping in crumbs and eggwash. I don't think I would make them regularly, although I often see cod reduced in the supermarket, so it's good to have them as a backup dinner idea ;)

  • So ..... come on then ..... who made it to Midnight? :D

I will confess to crashing out around 10:30 ish :o BUT I woke up at 11:55 :) looked at the clock, thought "ohhhhh fab" .... and then must've gone straight back to sleep :rotfl:
    Happy New Year
Looking much brighter outside this morning (certainly lighter than yesterday at 7:45 :)

Off to parents shortly so hoping for a nice tasty lunch ;) - Moo glad the fish cakes were yum :T ... if they're a pain to make but yum, doing a big batch & freezing may be the way forward?

It WILL be a NSD (I hope!) - will need to resist online shopping as that's my biggest downfall these days .... it's just too easy!:o

    Have a good day all
