    Get healthier
Spend more time with the kids
    Be a better wife
Decide what I really want from life and get it
Brew lots of wine and cider
  • Baby steps all the way amber that's the way I am looking at it.

  • 1. Pay car insurance in cash.

    2. Pay home insurance in cash.

    3. Pay MOT, servicing and repairs in cash.

    4. Pay Road Tax in cash.

    5. Have my first proper holiday in years.

    6. Pay for said holiday in cash.

    Numbers 1, 3 and 4 I've already done once, in 2013. :)
  • Green Lady: Good luck with this. Keep revisiting your goals. Keep your head and hopes up. Small steps for the journey
  • Aims from end Dec 2013 to end Dec 2014:
1: Reduce mortgage debt by overpaying. Overpaid £47 this month.
2: Final payment on credit card to clear it and close it. Started using a credit card back in 1991. Small amounts became larger...holidays, car etc. Made final payment yesterday to clear it. At it's worst it was £30000. Now all gone and never to return. Will be writing to credit card company to close this account.
3: Write one book. Made a start
4: Keep training. So far so good.
5: Build up savings - have a jar I use for lose change. Jar at £25.
6: Declutter the stuff I've accumulated over years. Made a start
    7: Change job
    8: Keep letter writing going
9: Keep on top of workload
    10: Reduce amount of stress.
  • I just listed 6 things on eBay.

  • 1. 20 spend free days per month
    2. Start with £150 food budget (Not really sure what I currently spend so this is an estimate and i'm going to work in subsequent months to reduce)
    3. Petrol budge £150 (Travel 90 miles round trip to work but do car share)
    4. Take lunch to work everyday
    5. Shift down brands on 5 supermarket products
    6. No cafes, shops, takeaways etc on my own. Sometimes meet my mum for a coffee on a weekend and would like to still be able to do this, hence putting on my own as I live on my own so stupidly expensive when I get takeaway alone or go to starbucks as pass it everyday with work
    7. Personally take £3 worth of food from my grocery budget to my local food bank
    8. 3 x 20 mins exercise per week
    9. Choose a debt free date
    10. Document all I spend
    11. No beauty spends over £10
    12. Keep all receipts and envelope up all my spends to keep me on track.
Pay off Debts by Christmas 2015 = DEBT FREE! :)
