Hi Everyone
I have 5 Credit Cards & 3 Overdrafts to clear the total
£18447.79:eek:
I'm determined to get these paid once and for all, even if it's just the majority by Christmas.
Wishing everybody the best of luck, we can do this.0 -
Afternoon All
Just dropping by for a quick update and I've read everyone's posts - I'm going to try to keep up in my lunch breaks at work from tomorrow.
Everyone looks up for this - don't worry those who can't pay anything until later in the month - I've got a feeling I'm going to be eating the big bag of rice I bought yesterday all month as I've paid off a lot at once.
Credit card bill came in so I've boldly paid £400 off it today. Hoping to still be able to afford food and petrol.:D
#058 £1,001.51/ £12,600 (7.95% paid):j
Enjoy the rest of the weekend.:)Blitz that mortgage

Hellooooooooo everyone
I am suzitiger and I will be helping minicooper run the thread, I have been away until yesterday so not really easy to dip in and see how everyone is but I am back at home now and back into the normal routine so should be a lot easier for me to come and post now.
Still need to tot up what I owe but its not going well I am afraid.
Thinking I need to go onto a DMP because of all my crippling bank charges
They have started to take them from my business account too and I am not really sure why they have done this...
Really need to get onto sorting that out so tomorrow I will speak to H*BC and Stepchange then see where I can go from there..
Anywhooo, this needs sorting as I am borrowing from family and my fiance to keep treading water and it is NOT GOOD.
Not a nice start to the year but onwards and upwards, I need to at least be in a better place by Christmas at least if I can't be completely debt free..
On the plus side since joining the challenge back in 2012 I have a lot fewer debts because I paid off all the small ones so even though I still owe a lot of money at least its only to two c cards rather than the previous 6
Anyway, I will do my best to keep updated and chatty with everyone on the challene, Jonesy and minicooper are here too.
If I have thanked your post I have read it
Off to catch up now and to add up all the debt to declare a target, wish me luck! :TDon't turn a slip up into a give up

can you possibly consolidate it all onto a 0% balance transfer card?? that would keep the charges away xx0 -

I would but my credit rating is so poor at the moment I won't be able to get one and don't want to apply in case I get rejected as that will make my credit rating even worse. Thanks though, I have done this before in the past and that's how I got rid of a couple've them.

Hi everybody
You are all doing so well making payments :T I always find this month harder not only because of Christmas but also I get paid a week early in December which makes January seems such a long month. Making the food rations stretch a bit this month but if that helps with weight loss too, not such a bad thing lol
I have paid the following
£507/9100 5.6%
Now to make my packed lunch for work tomorrow and sort myself before the lovely Sherlock is on
Have a good evening allLBM no. 2 £20k
