Had a bit of a spend today since this mornings update. I have managed to secure a replacement Playstation 3, to replace the faulty one that popped 2 weekends ago, for £65 and then I managed to blag a years worth of Netflix for £8. That sure beats paying £5.99 a month0

#200 here...
I'm done!!!! £2244.73 / £2244.73
I just posted in the debt free roll of honour
I will still carry on reading all the debt free wannabee board stuff though - it's so inspiring and it's been so helpful to me for the last 5 years.
I'm on to saving for maternity leave now so I don't end up back in debt!Debt Free No Longer Wannabe
DFD: 25th July 2014
About to ruin all that and get a mortgage!0 -
Hola! Back froM holiday. Had a great time but I got very poorly from the food and heat, not good...
We managed to get £530 back from our leftover euros which is good! Gonna make a payment on my catalogue account, there's a payment due on the 18th so will make an overpayment excluding the amount that's due to come out so that will be another debt gone by the end of the month. Then it's time to save to pay for the car .....0 -

Sorry about all the hassle you've had minicooper.
Atleast your car didn't let you down.
Nothing good to update financially. Just came on here to say a 'financial meh'.I know you'll understand how I'm feeling and have probably all been there. Big sigh. :wall:
I really wish I didn't empathise here (no offence!), but sadly I do! I think it's that time of year, so far from NY, but the end still isn't in sight yet.Deleted_User wrote: »Also was stupidly spending money like crazy on another credit card & there ended up with £1119.00 on it - WHAT IS WRONG WITH MEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
But the credit cards just get you that way. They make it too easy...Had a bit of a spend today since this mornings update. Well done on the bargains! How on earth did you manage a year for £8? I still pay £5.99 per month, but am getting a little bored with the service (nothing recent seems to ever go up any more)0 -

A friend on Facebook posted a link to a deal. I snapped it up before anyone else hehe
I had it before but cancelled it due to nothing much being on there, although I think that's more down to the menus and not actually being able to find anything more than just a lack of content.
I got it back so I can watch all the TV series' on my tablet that my Fiancee wouldn't want to watch at home haha0
