  • Morning all,

haven't updated in a while. To say my mind hasn't been on it would be an understatement!

    810/4600

    current total is 3790

Really not going well here! I do have savings but don't want to use them to pay off the debt.

For the remaining months I need to pay off 758 pounds each month.........

    Need to make a plan.

Morning everyone, well done on all the recent successes and good news!

It's payday today :j I've paid £83 off my creation finance account, which means only one more payment of £60 left for next month and then its paid off!! That was for my PC which I bought on credit around 2 years ago. It's a decent make and good for gaming. As of next month i'll actually own it fully :)

    So current figures are:

    #163: £3665/9141 40%

More to follow when the direct debits come out on the 1st....
    Starting 2016 debt-free :D
    Emergency Fund: £350/£1000

Car goes in for that dreaded little old acronym tomorrow... The MOT. I will have £270 to cover any costs, so I really hope it doesn't come in any higher than that!

Thanks everyone - it feels like it has been forever but I suppose that was because I was in debt for years and in reality I am lucky I found this place and motivation to keep going and that it has taken just under 4 years to get rid of it. Its thanks to all of you who are in the same boat offering advice, ideas and incentives to keep going. :T

Have you done the usual bulbs/tyres/fumes checks? Hopefully nothing else will crop up. How old is the car? Any advisories from last year?
