Hello All
Had a really busy few weeks at work so haven't posted since mid April, anyway I'm going to catch up on this thread and see where everyone is up to. I've continued to pay down my debts and completely paid one more so down to 4 debts to pay. Total now paid:
#058: £7,335.56/ £12,600 (58.22%)
Good luck everyone for May.:)Blitz that mortgage

Woops, bought my Mums birthday present yesterday as there was a good offer on in House of Fraser...
It is the 1st June so would have had to come out of May totals anyway and 'technically' I have saved money by getting it on offer, still feel guilty though!0 -

Hi everyone!
Just a quick note really to make myself feel better...!
Darling horse now has a foot abscess - hopefully can deal without (more) veterinary intervention, but still necessitated a £29 unplanned spend this morning for some first aid stuff. I love him dearly, but he does drive me mad!
Had a pretty good week spend-wise - have managed to take lunch to work every day which is something I NEVER used to manage. I've been a bit naughty at times though & bought a 3 cans of coke from the vending machine (rather than swapping my stash from the truck to the rollerskate car). By using a spending diary I've really reduced the pennies I spend on lunch, treats and drinks during the day, so I've made some progress but still a case of could do better.
I've got three items on e*ay which finish at the end of next week, one of which has already been bid on. I'm determined to use any e*ay profits to pay directly to debts - in the past I've just left them in Pay*al and then just frittered them away buying things I don't really need.
Hoping DH will put together our new firepit which I bought last weekend with some vouchers I was given at work. I wanted to spend them on something I wouldn't normally buy, so that they meant something, so I hoping to give it a go later. God knows we'll need it - it's really not very warm today out of the sun!!
