Yay its May!
Aiming to pay around £700 this month, that will leave me £100 short of 50% so hoping to find that elusive £100 from somewhereIt will however mean I have paid off my interest accruing CC and should have my interest accruing OD paid off by Mid June.
Have worked out the interest is still less than the balance transfer fee I toyed with back in january so pleased about that
Can't wait to start reporting payments again, feels like ages since I have! Roll on May 9th!0 -
Hi all!
Feel like I'm making good progress even though I'm only really paying once a month:
#020 £4227.92/£6526.84
I also have some overtime lined up at the end of June so hoping that will be a decent chunk to help me out!0 -
#123 - £1410/£5000
what a poor show this month just short of £200 paid and I know May wont be any better after bank charges and road tax has left us living on breadcrumbs.
The only good thing for April was that I made my last payment to one of my credit cards after 8yrs paying it off the statement came through today £0 woohoo!!16 projects in 2016 - 5/16

We are so chuffed that our debt is finally gone - only the mortgage remains. My maternity pay starts tomorrow and then I'll be back part time so we've a whole new challenge living on less income. Thanks goodness that debt is gone.
Thanks for this thread - to the administrators and especially minicooper. It's been crucial having this challenge to keep us on the straight and narrow.
keep going peeps, and very best of luck

Well Maybe_its_because has snuck in at the last minute to give us 1 new debt free member this month :T And we have 10 new members this month to continue the battle against those pesky lenders! Welcome newbies
Of course I mucked up a little last month, and so some of your April payments were lumped in with March, but despite that, in just 26 days, you've all paid a further:
£38,295.09
Well done everyone :T:T0
