ohhh i want to make another payment! not due for another 10 days haha, get paid in 8.
  • My OH went driving around a new housing estate earlier, and announced that the houses were really nice, and he's going to arrange a viewing. After 5 years together, I made a bit of an assumption and piped in 'But I don't have a job there yet, so can't really be committing to a house when I can't guarantee I'll get a job nearby'. Apparently he wasn't assuming I'd be buying this place with him.... Apparently one of us isn't seeing us being long term enough to risk buying together! Fuming!
  • another £15 off the cc for me today.
    #150 £236/7713.
    thankyou.

I'm sure he didn't mean it like that, or was just being a bit of a pain.

My ex was very like that, very short term, never wanted to buy a house ever though, and certainly wasnt in the position to, so you have one up on him there... Glad that ones gone!

    *hugs*
  • "Think" I'm just about going to survive this month. I keep checking my bank accounts every day and, if I've calculated all my dd correctly, I should stay in the black. I paid off the last chunk of my cc on which I was paying interest and it left me sailing close to the wind. But it does mean I know I can pay chunks off the other debts now and survive if I'm careful. :j

So thankful its pay day at end of next week, I can't wait to adjust my Sig with payments. I have done overtime throughout last month and a bit this month but that gets paid weekly. Spent a lot if money this half term, all budgeted for so it was expected but still feel a bit guilty about it. Enjoying the time with the kids and not worrying too much about the cost Makes all those extra hours worth it.
Chipping away at the debts slowly. I know I could do better though.

Luckily i'm paid every 4 weeks but it wont be till November that i will be paid twice!

minicooper - I have updated my signature now.
This is spread over 3 cc, all 0%, and I have noted when they all expire. They each have a dd so some gets paid off every month automatically. I am now looking to overpay on the one ending soonest 1st and work through them that way
    Fingers crossed!
:mad:Oooopppps - I forgot 1 How could I?? Anyway I have now added it to the total.
It is now on 4 cc, but still 0% Now I've got my work cut out:o
