Recovering from depression requires action, but taking action when you are depressed is hard. In fact, just thinking about the things you should do to feel better, like going for a walk or spending time with friends can be exhausting. Its the catch-22 of depression recovery. The things that help the most are the things that are most difficult to do. there is a difference, however, between something that is difficult and something that is impossible.

Morning all,
i hope you are all safe and dry, ive woken up here to a heavy frost and a stunning red sky pity its a bad sign !
We went to Junction 32 outlet yesterday what a huge waste of time ,they advertise a Chrismas shop but its clearly been empty for a long time. There was a lot of overpriced tat wont bother going there again.
My M& S order finally all arrived but im a bit dissapointed at the quality of the fleece trousers i ordered .
My oh is on a mission and is trying to only buy British and i have to say so far the quality is far superior to the M&S stuff Ive just bought.
I cant fault my council over christmas the black bins are collected every week for 4 weeks , they only collect the green garden waste once a month and recycling every 2 weeks. I have 2 full size black bins anyway so its not generally an issue for us.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. I really relate to this please keep putting these on please
I get my brown paper from the pound shop.
I ventured out yesterday for the first time the only bargain I got was some baby clothes for my sister who is expecting and a couple if maze balls from argos to start the present stash.
Dd is 9 on the 17th. I think we will be going to Harry Potter world but I just can't face it. Do you think she will mind it being cancelled and moved to later in the year!!!!0 -
:xmassmileMojoworking... I've picked up one of the maze balls from Argos too. Popped it away for DD who will be 11 come next Christmas. Do you think it's age appropriate for her? She likes puzzles & is quite crafty so has a lot of patience which I think this toy requires. I think my younger DD would quickly become too frustrated with it.
Regarding brown parcel wrapping paper Feisty, I would definitely keep an eye out in all the £ shops over the year. You might even be lucky enough to get it by the roll. I'll keep a look out for you. Wilkos did some nice ranges this year that would have complimented brown paper lovely. Maybe have a look at their sale stuff xx
CHRISSYG... If I had £12 left in my bank, I'd snap that up! OH will probably need a new one come Christmas too.
Christmas prep wise... Parcels have finally arrived from Boots & DotcomGS. All of this years offerings shall be stored away in retro & vintage style Christmas storage bags that were reduced at dotcom in the sales. They look much prettier than the black bags of Christmas' gone!
It really will be hard to not use the gingerbread sets from beauticology until next winter ... I'm gingerbread mad! It's the theme of my kitchen. Yankee candle gingerbread sets ( that I am loathed to put away for 11 months of the year ) remain on display all year round. It is permently Christmas in my kitchen0 -
Reserved 2 of the maze balls from Argos! :j My mum said that she would pick them up when she is in town tomorrow.
I am thinking that one could do as part of a 40th birthday present & the other could do for a 9 year old boy for his Christmas present.A good life is when you assume nothing, do more, need less, smile often, dream big, laugh a lot, and realise how blessed you are.
