The voucher for SW is in Woman. (95p) with Birds of a feather actresses on the front.
Whoops:o, read further and I see Susan 42 has already told you xx

Woop woop. That is an achievement! To come home after such a day and then feel so much better must have made your day xx

Loving the challenge:j however I can’t draw a straight line:mad: When my children were little they could only recognise a giraffe or elephant. Dogs, cats, horses , cows etc always looked the same:eek:….and I have not improved with age. Drawing is a wonderful gift.:beer:xx
Slowly packing up the last of the decs over the next 2 days. It stops the house feeling so bare. It has been really lovely to have the fairy ligts up for so long. I would ideally like to keep them up but think it may look odd:(
See you all tomorrow
xxStart by doing what's necessary, then do what's possible and suddenly you are doing the impossible:j
Christmas is not a time but a state of mind :xmassmile
Trying.....Very trying- as my DH would say
Loving de-cluttering0 -
So pleased I have found the new thread. I was in for a bit last year but went Mia big style! I loved reading all the posts. I have made a good start on 2014 buying from Boots. Plenty of pressies put away some for Birthdays and some ready for next Christmas. This time tho I am determined to wrap them as I go and not leave it all until Christmas Eve like usual!
This year I made 3 quilts for my nieces and they turned out so well. I'd like to do something similar this year but no real ideas yet...2015 £2 Saver #82

Woohoo freespirit! Did your son create it all himself? Because he sure has a talent, he should consider a blog, or a kit to sell because the wording and challenges are amazing and I am sure they would benefit a number of people
Christmas is over in our house. It's okay though as I'm still enjoying the fresh start of JanuaryOnly downside (not really a downside) is I want to do a detox juice thing with some family members but we still have 90% of christmas sweets and chocolate in the house!

To those looking to lose a few or more pounds, can I suggest saving your money & joining My fitness pal instead. It's free, you can log food & there are challenges where you can weigh in weekly online so still get the benefit of motivation without the cost or the embarrassment of going to to a class
I lost 103lbs (yes really) after my son was born by just being really silly & not eating or exercising, I got thin but I had malnutrition & was skinny fat, thin but flabby, naturally I started to put it back (70lbs worth) but after being on MFP for a couple of years & some yo-yoing & workig on my head & ideas about food, I have completly re-educated myself towards food & working out & have so far lost 31lb in 6 months, using this tool.
I take breaks, I have a few gains (3lbs or so) over certain times but this is the first time in decades that I have not gained weight over christmas at all. I haven't been to the gym in 6 weeks & I have eaten what I want but in sensible quantities. In the past I would have put on at least a stone in December.
I know I sound like an advert but the website promotes sensible eating, not a diet but a readjustment to your life & your idea of food. I have alot of friends on there who are like me, 70lb+ losses & most of them have met their goal & are managing to maintain & they still post every day, still log their food & exercise & get real support.
I did WW, SW, Atkins, soup diet, you name it, I did it but this is the first time since getting fat in my late 20's that I actually feel different, like something switched on in my head.
Anyway, enough yabbering about it, just thought I'd let you know it was there and free. This is MSE afetr allI don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.

Welldone on losing so my h Quidsy. I've tried Myfitnesspal, me and a few friends found each other on there to help each other on. But I need to be very strict with myself, so I find the classes is the only way. I just cheat myself at home and sabotage everything.
At the classes I look forward to the praise if I've did well, and it encourages me do stick to it. Even when not doing SW it's the only plan that has made me think about eating and I still stick to certain principals.
I will use my fitness pal for excercise things x
We are having a Harry Potter marathon today and watching them all from the start x:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
well the decs are down but the house still looks like a bombs gone off, had to order ds a new toy box to put all his presents in, think we may have to sort through and lose a few, he has a new cot bed, wardrobe and drawers on the way so there's storage in his room and i going to redecorate the room ready for putting the house up for sale, i think quite a few trips to the tip are needed, we have so much cr*p. 80% of Christmas shopping is now done and im going to wrap it and put in boxes on top of the wardrobe. A good portion of birthdays have been bought for too so ive done pretty well in the sales, healthy eating starts on Sunday along with mass tidy up. I will get it done :-) first cake of the year is in progress and poor dh doesn't have a day off until the end of the month :-( hope everyone is doing well and the year is starting well :-)0

Feeling very sorry for myself this morning
so trying to keep my mind busy.
What sort do presents can you buy throughout the year & put away?
I only buy for my own children now. All other children in the family have grown up & have good jobs & we don't buy for adults.
As I have previously said, they will be 10 and 12 this year, so toys have almost stopped. Whatever they are briefly into one Christmas they won't be into by next Christmas. Can't buy anything perishable or anything that might need taking back
So far I have got it down to socks & stationary!!! I had thought of books too but whatever book want they will end up getting themselves or for their birthday.
It's really difficult
What do you all store?Christmas Crazy :rotfl:
Love de-cluttering, to the point I don't really own much anymore. :rotfl:
2014 IS going to be a good year :j0
