Hi all. Can I ask a small favour please? I missed out on the Nintendo 2DS when Tesco reduced them to £79. If anybody spots them anywhere at or around this price again could you let me know please? TIA.

In other news, not had our roof done yet as DH had the date wrong it's next Monday instead! :rotfl:

    Morning,
The "light at the end of the tunnel" that I mentioned previously had a great freakin freight train attatched to it !

I took dd to the disabled swimming session Tuesday evening she loved it BUT as she got into the car
she had a seizure making her left leg take the force of the fall. Luckily I managed to protect her head from the concrete !
After a very bad night we took her to A & E at 5 am yesterday to find out she has fractured a bone in her foot. They put on a temporary cast we go back today for a full one !

Dear Mandco, so glad my guag was not wasted! Lovely to know l have made a contribution to the redecorating, l feel positively virtuous.
Hi, Lolalemon, nice to meet you.
Well yesterday l thought l had found a bargain, pure wool rug for £9.99 at Arg*s, bought 2 to use as doormats but they are too big. I will take them back, and may look again.
Did manage to get the suchard chocolate tassimo discs from poundland, tho, and at that price treated DS2 and friend to a pack each.

Thanks mandco that's a great price! :T Not sure if DD will like any of the games but could get 2 for DS and then get DD some from elsewhere. I always forget about Smyths as we don't have one local to us! I'll speak to DH when I get home from work and hopefully get them ordered. :D

Mandco - any themed stuff but especially Turtles and lego movie, and plain lego bricks please?
Chrissyg - poor kid! hope it heals quickly x
Hanley25 - im debating on a ds as well. I dont know if I like these new ds2's. although i had a play with one in the shop and a guy who works in the shop comes into my office and i quizzed him, he recommends them for under 8s as they are less likely to break if dropped. im still unsure haha but i'll keep an eye out for them. He also said that they only get XL's in and ds2 now, the other lots dont sell as good.

e.t.a. - he also said that they will offer better deals in the run up to christmas - probably with new games like Skylanders etc

Thanks Lolalemon. We are getting them for ours as they want the new 3ds games which they can't play on their current ds xls, but we don't want them to have the 3ds as we've heard horror stories about headaches etc. My neice and nephew have the 2ds and my bro really rates them. :)
